When I moved in here, my signal was strong, I never had issues with streaming and my phone never lost connection or went to 3g. Since they "upgraded" to this "blazing fast 4g", I cant stay connected long enough to pay bills on my banking app, Im constantly kicking down to 3g, and I can rarely load more than 3 web pages before my connection is lost.... Heres their reason for my data connection issues: Signal Concern Resolution Our investigation has determined there is less than optimal signal strength in your reported area, which can cause weakened and reduced network connectivity, especially indoors. Though Verizon has the nations best network, there are small pockets that experience these kinds of negative connections. Other impacts to your service include: Network usage and capacitySeasonal issues, such as large groups of people for events or holidays, or even foliage during spring and summerPopulation increasesNew building construction that interrupts tower line of sight Were always reviewing our service areas, though it can be a complicated, time-consuming process. We cant share our build out plans, nor can we provide specific information about when service may improve in this area.

Horrible experience. Went in excited to switch over to this provider but the sales rep was just so rude. I dont know if it was the fact that my boyfriend, that had just came out of work, was wearing his dirty work clothes that we were treated differently than another couple that was there. The whole time we were asking him questions about the service he was just looking down at his iPad and not really paying attention to us. Whenever we would repeat back what he said just so we made sure we were on the same page as him he seemed to get frustrated. So after a while we just sat there at his desk, him playing with his iPad, i was thinking he was looking up info or getting application ready or whatever but he just sat there and said nothing until my boyfriend realized he was doing nothing on his iPad! So we just got up and left. This experience did disappoint me because i have heard so many great things about the company and when i finally decide to maybe switch over this happens. This store doesnt even deserve the one star rating.

If I could get them zero stars I would. This place is horrible when it comes to customer service! It seams like they are preoccupied with their other employees instead of helping the customer out. One of the employee thought it would be funny to lock his friends phone, while he was trying to help us. So the gentleman if I can even call him that, got up and chased after the other employee. It was like a game of tag while they were working. Very professional. Not only is this extremely awkward but it makes a customer want to just walk out. I guess they are allowed for play time while at work? Its no wonder why nobody is in the store. After sitting through this awkward play time we were told they couldnt help us out. It was very upsetting and maybe they should consider a different career path like stay at home with their parents.

This location has the BEST and most helpful associates by far!! Every need I had was met with expertise and patience. They were so willing to make my purchase and experience stress and hassle-free. What they didnt know, they found out and accomplished. They even made the effort to make sure I was paying the lowest cost for my services according to what I needed. I would recommend this location to anyone, and travel miles to see them for all of my technical Verizon support. Theyre the best! So happy with the service, products, and account management. It was such a bad experience yesterday that I came in, First in the morning the staff seems a little bit more helpful but I had to bring some info, so they had me come back later, but in the afternoon the people there was playing around and said that they could not help me even thought the agent in the morning said they do that there. Anyways, the guy seemed a little bit mad because I was in the middle of him and his friends conversation. I guess they are allowed to have some play time while a customer is there. Horrible place.

I have never written a review before but I had to after going to this place. The sales staff was unprofessional, slow, and couldnt care less about myself or any other customers present in their store. I could write an essay on this place but will leave it at that. Go to the store in Broomfield on 120th were the sales staff is actually there the help you in a quick and friendly manner.

Not very helpful place . New store that is great and local even better. Bad part if you get your phone at another VERIZON store you have to travel back to that store. Dont get it! Place is complete trash, non of associates know what they are doing. Gave me a bad phone twice and still didnt let me get a different phone. Phones are over priced! And are not a Corporate Store. Better to buy from an actual Verizon store than from these clowns.
