I wasnt expecting my experience with iCracked to be anything special. I mean, Im getting my phone fixed. How exciting can that be? I was pleasantly surprised with how great the entire process was, though. Roger was so incredibly kind and patient; my kids were right in his face watching him fix the phone and rather than get annoyed or sharp with them, he nicely explained what he was doing. I didnt feel uncomfortable having a stranger in my house, either. This service is such a fantastic, fast, affordable and convenient one and I absolutely recommend it!

Roger is awesome, he came all the way out from Clifton and helped us. We could not have asked for a better deal than he gave us. He had everything ready to go when he got here and the processing took not even 5 minutes, his service is phenominal and his prices on repairs are unbeatable. I will deffinately tell my friends about this place for their repairs etc :-)
