We switched from Verizon a year ago and reduced our bill by almost $200 per month. This year, when the access fees kicked in after the promo period was over, i went into our new neighborhood Sprint store in the King Soopers shopping center on Centennial and Fillmore and Favy worked with me to change our plan to a new one that reduced our bill by $50 month. She was so helpful and friendly and really stuck with it until we were satisfied. I have found this to be true with Sprint Customer Service in general. We also took a coupon in and they gave us a free car phone charger as well as 40% off an accessory. We are very excited to have a Sprint store so close by and Im very impressed by their high level of customer service! Thank you!

The stores associates were incredibly friendly and helpful. They did their best to find us a good match for a phone. Unfortunately, they were unable to transfer the data from our old phones to our new. This is through no fault of theirs, it is the garbage phones we had before. They were incredibly friendly even though our baby was being kinda fussy. However, I have a small bone to pick with Sprint. Sprint shows our home should be under 4g and 4g LTE. This is not true even in the slightest. We are struggling to even get basic service for making phone calls and sending text messages. We will be returning our phones.

I was helped out with extreme professionalism and knowledge by the staff at this location. I had a few issues with my service plan after returning from a deployment and Allen did everything he could to alleviate those problems and made sure I walked out a satisfied customer. The best part of this experience was that I was able to walk in and say what I needed, and I was given just that. There was no pressure to shop around the store in the entire process of buying a new phone and reviewing my service plan.

The staff is so awesome been following Favy G since she was at the mall. I am so happy she got her store she always goes above and and beyond for my family and makes sure we understand all the prices before we buy. And also I love the fact that she takes her time and we dont feel pressure to buy something we dont understand. That is patience!!Sprint needs more employees like her and her crew!!! Sprint keep doing your thing with unlimited service .. happy customer!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I spent 3 hours in the store trying to add a phone to my current plan. They gave me a hotspot telling me it was free.... it wasnt at all, per my next bill. And the plan they gave me ended up being much higher than I was originally told it would be. Over all, a horrible experience. Better to call then go into a store if you are a current customer.

I am giving 5 stars, because Jose went above and beyond to take care of our service plan that a former employee totally screwed up. Jose deserves a big pat on the back! A super heartfelt Thanks!! I also believe he should get a raise! He is by far one of the best employees there. He is a wonderful person who will go out of his way to help you and he does care about his job!

One salesperson, two tech support people. The one salesperson was talking to a customer about bears while a line formed and wasnt in any hurry to wrap up his pointless conversation to help the other customers even while the other customers were loudly grumbling about it. Dont waste your time at this store. Take the 4 mile drive over to the store on North Academy.

Associates were very friendly, courteous and ready to help. All my questions were answered and they searched for the best plan and rate they could get me. They assisted me with picking out the best phone that fit my needs and transferred all my data so I didnt have to. I would recommend this store to anyone who has Sprint or who is looking for a new carrier.

The best experience Ive had in years in a cell phone store! Went in to fix a minor issue and the manager Issac went above and beyond to earn our business and fix the problem. Jessica the wireless consultant was amazing she explained everything with great detail and didnt mind how many questions my husband and I asked. These two people need a raise ....truly!!

Staff just want to make money and does not care about customer service. It took going three times for them to enroll us in auto pay. They sold us a "screen protector" that does not work and that the corporate store does not recommend or endorse.
