Never had a problem with the staff before but last Thursday on Dec 1st my encounter with a young, very rude employee named CONNOR, left me feeling very discriminated against. I had a return & was given a gift card under $5. When I asked for cash instead he said no because it was way to lengthy of a process & its better for me to use the card then brushed me off. After I left & looked up gift card rules, Colorado gift card law, & target return policies, I went back & told him I had plenty of time! He sighed & rolled his eyes & said that last time a customer quoted the law to him they were wrong to which I put my phn up in his face so he could read it. Then while giving my cash (which took all of 20sec) he said its the stores discretion. All that for $4.23! With out CONNOR this store would get more stars! Sad how 1 bad apple can ruin the whole basket!

Bad experience. Not high expectation from any Target as its a service yourself store until its time for check out. Sunday late noon, around 3ish. with 2 lines opened as lines get longer, Tall, VERY THIN (sickly) with Tatoos and earrings, long and bushy beard opens line 3 asked next customer please step over, after no one moved husband and I stepped up next. No greeting, no eye contact, scanned our items, and then walked away from the register. I swiped my card, entered my pin, waited a few minutes while he finished his co-worker convo.....he glanced over at us, and still didnt return back. I took my receipt and we were leaving, he came back and heard him greet the next customer, Hello . .... Hummm...I think I was just Profiled!

Хороший универсальный магазин, есть что выбрать. Но в целом уровень цен не самый привлекательный. Есть вопросы и к качеству. Например, сливочное масло имеет характерный запах маргарина, а не сливок. Это настораживает и подрывает доверие к другим товарам. А так, как обычно, нужно выбирать в разных магазинах, что лучше, что хуже...

Now dont get me wrong but I am definitely all about Target. The deals are a steal, cartwheel is fantastic, the red card allows you to stack savings and the employees are always nice and helpful. The reasoning behind the rating is because of the signage and layout of the store. There are signs over each aisle as well as the signs at the end of each aisle to help find priducts. I spent nearly 10 minutes walking up and down aisles looking for dish soap O_o During this process I relied on the signs to help and that was not the case. It may seem like something small but it is something that shoppers use especially if they are posted. Please check your items, aisles, and signage

Was shopping for new hygiene products and was constantly watched by department associate and asked if we needed help at least 6 times in 20 minutes. Security officers spotted 3-4 times during this period noticeably watching. Sort of insulting bc I was with family. Like to spend time picking out right product- especially makeup, Had other merchandise. Felt like I was being hawked by staff for potential shop lifting. My 4 year old daughter even noticed asking why the people were watching us so much. 2nd time something like this had happened here. Doesnt make a paying customer feel very welcome.

Dirty and unkept restrooms. Toilet seats covered in feces and so lose they are about to fall off, no toilet paper. The log on the door is dated in April, its almost October, so the restroom hasnt been checked in 5 months? Come on target, you charge more than other stores, I think you can afford a little more attention to your restrooms. Ive seen cleaner restrooms in truck stops. I hear your putting trans gender restrooms in all your stores, hows that gonna work if you cant take care of the ones you already have?

The customer reps were very rude and racist. It was an older white lady and a young white woman. They were very rude to me when I was exchanging items. They spoke down to me and treated me as if I didnt belong in there. Then I called the manager on my own time and he was rude as well. He told me he would review the video and he would see how to resolve it after I said ok (btw this is a phone conversation) he paused on the phone I asked if he needed my number and he then hung up his name is Chris.

I have shopped at Target for years and I love this store in particular. However, I bought a car seat for our 3 year old (Graco 3 in 1 Nautilus) for $179.99 and my husband found it for $154 at Walmart. I asked if they would price match and they refused. I had both receipts. I am so disappointed. I actually prefer Target to Walmart for these kind of big ticket items, but will be shopping at Walmart from here on out. Jori

I wanted to rate 0 star but I cant so here you go. The customer service was rude. I guess it s because we were ASIANS. We tried to return an item but he staff wasnt very attentive, and the other staff on the back saw everything but didnt care at all. Good thing I m not living here and just passing by. Store was clean but the service was very unpleasant.

Clean store product where it should be. This store has a market within it, Easy parking. Quick and easy in and out. Employees seemed more rapped up in what they were doing, when we entered the store a girl walked from the food court to the checkout lanes across the walking main entrance lane, cutting us and another customer off like we didnt exist.

The store is fine on the inside, but the parking lot is terrible and they have an employee smoking section out front that you always have to park by if you want to avoid the busy part of the parking. I usually try to go to any other target if possible, but sometimes this is just the best location when Im out running a bunch of errands.

The cashier I had was rude and coughed so bad she had to stop 3 times for a sip of her pop. When I went to return things because I was grossed out by her coughing all over my stuff, the trainer and MOD told me not to worry about germs because the cashiers cough is because shes just a heavy smoker. That makes me feel much better.

They have many items, but are often out of stock which forces you to come back multiple times. Also, there are not many employees walking around asking if you need help, so if youre looking for an item and dont know where its located, you may have to wander awhile before seeing someone who can help you.

Decent enough target. Came in to buy a nintendo switch and was a little annoyed I had to literally get them to call someone over the loud speaker to help me in electronics after Id been walking around for 10 minutes just looking for an employee. Otherwise clean and nice.

Excellent Target, has huge market / grocery section, a lot of bulk deals, like paper towels, etc. Nice pet section, good variety. Huge variety of nuts, snacks, organic options, many types of trail mixes, which were on sale. Great one stop shopping, very clean.
