I wanted my line to be closed as I do not use the phone anymore. I walked into the store and this lady who works in the store told me that she cannot do it as the manager has access to close connections. I was ok with that and she took my details and told me that she will complete the request as soon as the manager returns and confirm back to me. I left the store and waited for hours, but no response. When I checked, she kept telling me to be patient and that they are busy ( at 5 pm) but they will get it done on same day. When I did not hear back even after store closure hours, I texted her again an hour after store closing asking for an answer. She was rude and told me that they are still at the store ( which I doubt as store was closed) and it will be done on the same day. At 11 pm, I texted again and told her that I would raise a complaint for being harassed liked this and I dont want to pay for an extra day of billing. She told me to do whatever I want and ignored me. It is noon time today, and I have not got an answer from them. The harassment I had to go through just for wanting to close my line is unimaginable. When I tried calling the store now, it is always going to VMs. I feel extremely frustrated and harassed and helpless.

Manager Jason was condescending from the moment we walked in the door. So much so that my mother looked around for Robert and Jameson (the reason it isnt one star), when she looked around he even said "they are busy..." Great, so even Jason knew that he was doing a terrible job. Robert and Jameson were patient and professional, Im sorry Jason has to bring them (and the store) down with his awful attitude. Whoever promoted Jason to this position must have overlooked "customer service" and manners. Jason made my family and I feel very uncomfortable while in the store. I will only go back if I can work with Robert or Jameson.

Longest wait of my life. Special note to employees we are not here to tell you are life stories or show off tattoos. Your not therapist please just stick to the phone stuff and move customers along as you have many people waiting... just embarrassed to be in the store at the moment.. I need to leave.

Ask for Kurt or DJ - they know their stuff! After visiting three other ATT support centers and retailers for help with my broken phone, Kurt helped me get a less expensive plan, more features and swap out my sim card.

Worst experience at ATT ever. Jason the "manager on duty" cares nothing about customer service. This used to be our go-to location. Never again.
