This is the only Sprint store to go to. My phone completely shut down and I had been to 3 other sprint stores that only made me more mad. I walked into lone tree and the vibe was completely different. I left my phone with Nic and she tried and tried to fix my phone. No such luck, but she couldnt have been more kind to me. She ordered me a new nicer phone which I now love and completely changed my mind about sprint. I called a few days later and Dave said my new phone was in. I was so excited. Of course I went right over even in the snow. As I walked in I was cold and was worried about my tires with the cold weather. This gentleman started talking to me and started giving me helpful advice! This store seriously has all the answers! Dave came over with my new phone and he already transferred everything he could and activated my awesome new phone by the time I drove over. I couldnt believe my eyes. Stellar customer service!!! I asked him who I could tell about my wonderful experience and he told me the very gentleman, Michael who helped me with my tires was the gentleman to talk to. As I approached Michael he was on the phone and quickly excused himself from his call to make time for me. A few days later I asked Michael for help in locating a cell phone case and he had the case not only reserved for me but he would arrange for me to pick it up at the location of my choosing. Impressive right?! Today I picked up the case from Patrick and Tyler who couldnt have been nicer to me. Tyler assured me that if I needed anything else he would be more than happy to help me or anyone I sent over. This store is the only sprint store I will visit and I hope you visit them too. Im a sprint customer for life now because no one treats me with the respect that this stores team did. Thank you Lone Tree !!

This is an awful location with incompetent employees. I had to go to this location to have my phone looked at after it would not turn on. It was stuck on the load up screen and kept turning off again. Let me add that this is the second time I had this problem and the last time all the could do was send me a new phone and it took a week. They said it would take an hour to look at so we left and came back. The two guys who helped us acted like they didnt even know who we were when we came back. They were playing loud music and joking around. They had no customer service skills at all. Again, they told me all they could do was send me a new phone, the same phone, which would most likely break AGAIN. I asked to get a different phone and they told me I would have to pay $250 dollars to get out of the contact and then the price of the new phone. That is completely ridiculous. This is the second time that this model of phone had broken for me and they couldnt even offer any type of apology or let me just choose a new one. I have never been more dissatisfied with customer service in my life. The least they could have done would have been offering a credit on my bill for the WEEK I cannot use my phone service. Canceling sprint as soon as possible.

Wow, worst customer service! None of our needs were addressed. Do not buy or try to have your phone serviced here! We had problems with two phones. First problem was phone had mysteriously set up a group text comprised of 19 friends some kids some adult. My phone went crazy with confused texts from all these people wondering why and how they were seeing these messages. The customer service rep fumbled with settings for what seemed an eternity only to come to the conclusion that nothing could be done and just to wait until the problem just went away! The second issue was with my wifes phone that she had just purchased a few days before. On the day if the purchase at a different store the transfer to the new phone went wrong, her phone and my daughters phone got crossed and calls texts emails were going who knows where! Then after three days if this seems to be fixed, the screen went out! Took it back to store we bought it at they couldnt help and sent us to the service store twenty minutes away at this location Im complaining about. Kept the phone for two hours only to come back and be told they didnt know what was wrong! Now back to the first store for exchange! Wasted day wasted time 980.00 poorer!!!!!

This was by far the worst Sprint store in Denver metro. I walk in and got someones help right away. When i told them the problem he said he couldnt help. So we went to the techy people behind the counter. Here is some lazy gal slouching in here chair and said right away that she couldnt help. (All we do here is reset your phone) her words exactly. I said thats it. She said yes. I said fine as long as this works i am good. Can you help me back up everything so I dont loose it. She said no. A Really fat dude said oh go to this or that and download it and then do this or that. I said well can you help me do whatever you just said. They both said no we cant and looked away from me. So you guys cant help me at all then. As they started to ramble on again I just walked off while they were talking. I went to the store off of Lincoln and Parker and they fixed the issue quickly. Screw these lazy has people here at this store. Again 1 was a lady with weird dots tattooed to her right arm and other dude was huge if sprint even reads this.

I have had the misfortune of having two separate devices get damaged by me this year. Any time I have had a problem this is the store I go to. They always acknowledge you when you come in, even when they are super busy. This store has staff with the technical expertise to fix your phone. My most recent phone had water damage that I could not explain. Even though I had the insurance, I expressed my frustration at not knowing what was root cause of water damage and my desire to come up with alternatives to having to pay the deductible. They were empathetic with my situation and helped me purchase a new high end device and get some savings by adjusting my plan to be more consistent with my actual usage. I ended up spending less on the latest Samsung S5 phone, with a case, than it would have cost to replace my old cell phone using the insurance and deductible. They went above and beyond to help me be happy with my new device and plan. Thanks for all the help Matt and Nic.

WOW!!! is all I can say. Isaiah, Jeremy, and Matt Haigh (the assistant manager) restored my faith in sprint after an awful experience at another Denver location (not even worth mentioning). The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. They were very knowledgeable and helped steer me to the proper upgrade considering my needs. They were extremely professional and patient regarding my previous issues and squashed all problems all the while helping multiple people at the same time. The way they can multitask yet still make you feel as though youre the only one in the store was impressive. They eased between job functions and handed off different parts of the process with a fluidity that I havent seen in team of professionals in many years of managing. I will be recommending this location to all my peers. Thanks again!
