I am so disappointed in the customer service here. I went in today to pick up pictures I had printed for my sons school project. I waited in line at customer service behind 3 people, and there were 4 people behind me. After waiting in line for quite some time (one person was returning things from a baby shower that she did not want in front of me and this took at least 10 minutes), I was told by the Target employee that he could not help me at the photo desk and that I would have to wait until he helped the 4 people behind me. WHAT?!? So now youre not going to help the customers that waited their turn in line?!? I was furious and told him I only had to pick up my pictures and was not going to wait for him to help the 4 people behind me to pick up my pictures. To be fair, the time it would have taken to walk over and grab my photos would have taken less time than the lady who was returning half of her baby shower presents!! He still proceeded to help the person behind me before he finally came around from behind the desk to get me my pictures. I just cannot believe this. I then went to find a manager, who proceeded to tell me that when there is a line, they wont go over to photo to help people. I told him I was in line in customer service, not in line at photo, and was just trying to pick up pictures, not trying to get help uploading pictures or something like that!! Someone from corporate MUST review customer service with this team and help them understand that they need to help the person in front of them versus casting them aside and telling they need to wait until they help everyone else before they will walk over to pick up their photos for them. I honestly was so angry I almost walked behind the photo desk and grabbed the photos myself. Completely unacceptable customer service. Im so disappointed and now know I will never order photos from Target again. I recommend you never do so either.

I return 2 items tonight with a receipt. I had bought these items at full price they have since gone on sale. The girl at the return counter had difficulty scanning the receipt. Because of this difficulty, she indicated she could only give me the sale price, instead of the full price that I paid. I told her I would like to talk to a manager. She said, "She was the manager." This was on the evening of August 11, 2014 at 6:30pm. The girl was in her 20s and had shoulder length blond hair. I then asked her for the store manager. She told me, "He was not in the store." I told her, "I paid full price for the items, and I wanted a full refund. She asked me for my credit card. I told her, I paid cash for the items. She should of checked the receipt. She then opened her register and gave me my full refund minis the tax. When I asked her for the sales tax. She asked me what was the tax in this area? This person claims to be a manager? I looked on the receipt and told her what the tax was, and she gave me the amount back. You could tell I annoyed her. This was extremely poor customer service, and this employee warrants further training in this area. I live across the street from this Target, but after the fiasco with the credit card situation of last Christmas and poor service I received tonight, I will definitely go out of my way to go to Walmart in the future.

This target is much worse than the surround targets near this location. First and most important, the customer service is absolutely horrendous. Secondly, they were out of stock in many areas. We looked around for a plethora of things and were unfortunately unsuccessful. We asked a young gentleman for help and he stared blankly at me and said "I dont know." Although it is a Super Target, the workers are far from super. The manager is very rude and never has a smile on her face. If I had to guess, shes definitely not an organ donor. She glared at my friends and I as we walked in, immediately making us feel intimated. We were planning on buying toys for young kids without the financial ability to buy their own toys. My friend was holding a toy and dropped it, and three employees cornered us and then asked us to leave. They stared as we walked out, and denied our service completely. Luckily, we were able to obtain the toys we needed for the project at a different location (the one on county line near university). Once again, I emphasize that this location was terrible and if you are thinking about a target to go to, stay away from this one. Save yourself the awful experience and refrain from going.

Terrible service today. There are two other Targets nearby in HRanch - choose the others. The store carried a toy marked as being sold by Kohls. Staff then launched lengthy consultations among themselves; demanded that I go to the toy section to get a new properly-tagged version. Surely if your own supplies are improperly marked you should get them. Upon completion of the lengthy process, when taking daughter to restroom with my purchased merchandise, the staff insisted that I could not take my property into the restroom. At no point were staff helpful. They were disrespectful and bizarrely accusatory alleging there was some rule against taking my own goods into the restroom. Adding insult to the previous two injuries - the restrooms were rank with a lack of basic hygiene/upkeep.

Me and my friends were here testing toys to buy for orphans in need, when the entire staff teamed up on us and made me feel helpless and vulnerable... I went home and cried on my bed until sunrise as my mother sat next to me and tried to help me through the pain. Now that I am over the pain, I have been emotionally scarred and have post traumatic stress each and every day after the incident. I would like a formal apology from the staff, as they should have asked the reason for me testing out thier toys to make sure it a good fit to give to an orphan in need.

Forget about shopping at THIS target if you drive a Mercedes Sprinter or any high profile vehicle. I am used to watching the clearance signs for parking garages but I have never had a problem with clearance at an open shopping area. The clearance bars FOR THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT are 82". The shorter sprinters, ilke mine, are 86". After circling the entire Target trying to figure out how to park, I did find one lane with the bar down, so I did park but I have no idea if that is always down. To exit I had to go against traffic in the wrong lane.

Target is my drug, so when I moved here and found a Super Target nearby I was so excited. The clothing, shoes, and housewares sections were great, but I was pretty disappointed with the food section. I felt like the selection was sparse and the produce section was lacking. One other down point was the organization. Some items seemed harder to find than they should have been. Overall the store is great, I would just do my big food shopping somewhere else.
