DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! This place is such a rip off! My father is 73 years old and they totally took advantage of him for their own commission! He explained to them exactly what we told him to before he went in there and they talked him into a brand new top of the line s8+ that he cant even work. We told him to go back and switch phones BEFORE THE 14 DAYS and my brother was killed in a car accident at that time in HIS car, so by the time we made it to the store with him he was ONE DAY after the 14 day limit for exchange. When we explained what happened and asked them to please help the hispanic guy there laughed at my husband for having just lost his brother and having just ripped off my father! Luckily for him he left the store before my husband feed him his teeth for laughing at the loss of his brother and elderly father. These guys are total pigs in that store and they screwed my elderly father so bad then laughed at the loss of his son so we are writing letters to corporate of sprint and the owner of this store and then getting the protection for elderly involved because there are laws protecting elderly from this behavior.

I switched to sprint about a week ago from t-mobile due to service issues. A little afraid to make the switch given things i had heard from other carriers about this company. I can tell you its not true. The staff was so nice and friendly, they switched my family and I very quickly and painlessly. I felt very welcomed and was treated like a person not just a customer. best customer service i have experienced in a cell phone store in a long time. The most amazing part: I can make calls from my kitchen now!

This was by far the worst experience of my life, none of the employees know what theyre talking about, the manager Carlos is a joke. I told him about my problem and the problem I have with his employees and he couldnt care a less just continues to try to push the blame off himself and on to someone else. Has no respect for customers and has a poor excuse for what customer service is.

Consistancy in the department of unknowledgeable stupidity. These guys would rather send you to another location than help you. Staff is extremely ignorant in a field they should have been trained extensively on. Lack of customer service is exceptional high.

The staff is not knowledgable at all and provided us the wrong information regarding our Sprint account. The manager could have cared less about our problem. We will NEVER return to this store. It is worth the extra drive time to visit a different store. .

5 star service! My husband and I recently made the switch from T-Mobile to Sprint and we couldnt be happier. The staff is very friendly and they answered all of our questions, making our transition easy. I Would definitely recommend this location.
