Buyers BEWARE: The store manager Warren Barkofske told me that if we signed up for this promotion that I would get my Samsung galaxy 7 for free. That I would have to pay for the phone for 3 months and after that I would be credited. Well here it is July and every month since since December I have called at&t and gone up to the store because i am not being credited. The AT&T customer service line is telling me that my phone is no eligible for the promotion and that the store gave me the wrong deal. Warren Barkofske is telling me that there is nothing he can do from here he has done everything he can do. I am on the phone with a manager as I type who is saying because they messed up they are the ones that need to apply the credits to my phone. So thanks to a store manager not reading the promotion correctly it is costing me $694. I am very displeased and upset with this. We even went up there today to address this with him and he got very rude told us he could ask us to leave and told us to leave. I am contacting the corporate office about this and will fight this till the end. NEW UPDATE: So here I am again almost a week later and no one has contacted me. And now I get online to pay my bill and it says that my service has been cancelled an I need to return all my equipment. SO I call customer service and get hung up on. I am now on the phone with another customer service lady who says that she cant see anything on my account from before this month and is saying that my bill that I owe is half the amount that I owe. I am so fed up with this UPDATE: 38 minutes on the phone transferred to 3 departments and I get hung up on again

Was lied to multiple times about price of plan ($80) above quoted price when bill came in. We traded in newer phones which they bought from us at $200 a piece x2 which we were told we can only use as an in store credit and that we can not apply this credit towards early termination fees from previous carrier or towards the new phones we were purchasing from them?? This is after my wife asked them specifically if we can use the money towards our new phones at which they said "I wish we could, forcing us to purchase $400 worth of accessories in store??? Funny because they were supposed to pay our early termination fees from our previous carrier to switch to them and DIRECTV. (Bundled) now they send a gift card of $300 to pay off 4 phones from previous carrier leaving us short $600 for early termination fees? We feel we were scammed and lied to the entire process. The salesman made use purchase in store accessories for his commission. We contacted a corporate store to share our experience and to their surprise they couldnt believe what they did to us lying about how we could spend our phone credit money and how we can use or apply the money towards new phones or termination fees from previous carrier. Corporate store said they opened up an investigation on this franchise location. The manager of this store contacted us one time to follow up on situation and that he would be in touch and 2 weeks later no return call. BEWARE buyers

This is one of the worst AT&T store. There are too many young kids working that do not know what there doing and how to treat a client. I went in for a SIM card for my sons watch. I was told online from AT&T that is was going to be $10 a month. When walking in I confirmed that it was only going to be $10 with the kid and he said yes, we signed up and all I paid at the time was for the SIM card. After I left I was looking over the paper work and realized Im being charged $15 dollars a month for service, &20 activation fee on top of the sim card for $25. We have had so much trouble with att we will stick it thru till our contracts up but then were moving on. Never have we ever had so much unknown trouble from the employees of a cell phone carrier. If your thinking of changing dont go to AT&T there CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! Even the manger was no help.

Just go to the store at the orchard. They saved us money and didnt lie. bill is exactly whats quoted. Friends had problems with this store but we still went in to get a quote anyways. Brought my paper to the orchard and the guy working there said its all wrong. So we got an even better one at the orchard for cheaper and more included Directv home security and phones. Didnt even offer us the home security while in store here. AVOID AT ALL COST

Jeff was a nice young man, he always have the right answers when I visit this location. He helped me with my phone problems and switched me over to a business account with a discount that I was eligible for and wasnt getting. These guys at this location are very helpful and very attentive to their customer needs. Ill be returning to this location in the near future.

This was my first encounter in the store, and these guys are amazing. The employees are extremely friendly, and I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so nice and with so much respect. I don’t live in the area, so I would normally never come down to this location, but this is the only place I’m going for my AT&T needs, the hospitality is just so great!

These guys are awesome. I had a great experience with them and they were extremely friendly and helpful. For as long as Ive been an AT&T customer, I have never been informed about a work discount until I talked to these guys. Definitely would recommend going to this location for good customer service and support.

Why wait for a long line at the corporate location. These guys were quick to help us and talked me into switching to directv. I also had a work discount available that I wasnt are of. Extremely happy I visited this location.
