I very much regret having my phone repaired here. My HTC One M8 needed new glass and I had the battery replaced because it wasnt holding a charge for as long as when it was new. It cost me about $140 and the new glass was fine, but the replacement batteries (multiple replacement attempts) never worked well. This made the phone almost unusable, easily running out of charge in part of a day. I spent a huge amount of time repeatedly bringing my phone in and picking it up, but the problem was never solved. Eventually the owner looked at the phone a said it had water damage, but that didnt explain why it worked much better before I brought it in. They offered to sell me a used phone at their cost, but I didnt want to make another transaction with them, since the first one went so bad. For me, it was $140 and a huge amount of time down the drain.

The experience here was horrible!! Paid them $60 to fix a DS which they failed to do. Additionally, they made the problem worse by breaking something else along with the original issue. We admitted to them that we opened it to check the battery (wouldnt power on or charge) and they said they wouldnt do anything to fix it without charging us more because we opened it. We voided their Warranty by checking the battery. The tech told us that had we lied about opening it then that wouldnt be an issue. Well, looks like our honesty cost us $60 and we still have a broke DS. Businesses like this dont need to stay in business!!! BTW, their Warranty policy doesnt say anything about checking the battery voiding the warranty.

This was by far the best experience Ive had in a retail store. I went in to get my phone screen replaced, which only took them about 30 minutes to do. That wasnt my only problem though, I was receiving some random emails on my phone as well. Dallas the manager was very helpful in researching what was going on with these emails, which took him longer then fixing my phone and he didnt charge me any extra. after all was said in done, I left with a fixed screen and blocking all of the random emails. I will be going back to this store for any repair needs in the future. BTW I never post reviews, but he really went above and beyond.

Had a great initial visit, dropped off my phone and was told when to expect a call. My phone had been through ALOT and I received it back looking practically new! And working! (which was most important to me). About a week after getting it back I wasnt able to power on, I thought all hope was lost but I headed back in and was so glad to see it come on when connected to their charger. My phone lives another day thanks to in and out smart repair!

I recently damaged the charging port on my iPhone 6S, Apple wanted $299.99 to repair it... I am so thankful I came across In and Out, not only did they save me soooo much money (hundreds of $s) but they were able to fix my phone in a very timely manner! Thank You Dallas for your service and customer service, as well as letting me know about the warranty- always a good sign when the company backs their service! I highly recommend them! Thanks Guys!

Paid 165$ to have my iPhone 6 Plus repaired, which was a good price. As soon as I got back in the car and tried using it I noticed some spots on my phone werent working and by the next day wouldnt work at all. So we brought it back in 2 days after they fixed it and ended up charging another 80$ for the part even tho they said if there are any issues they will fix it for free. Not happy with this company we will never go there again.

This shop was super awesome, fixed my crazy cracked iPad screen, I thought there was no hope, but they totally made it brand new! I couldnt be happier! They even offer a discount for leaving a review, though I would have left one anyways! ;) Dont hesitate to take your jacked up devices here, theyll give um the TLC they need! Excellent and speedy service. I took my LG G5, with a broken screen, into IN and Out Smart Repair for a fix. I had called the day before and they had the part available at their other springs location and got it quickly over to this store for me. I was called when it arrived, I dropped my phone off and less than 25 minutes later the phone was fixed. Unbelievably fast and reliable. Highly recommended.

My son dropped his iPad and completely shattered the screen. In & out repair was by far the cheapest in town and had it repaired within a couple hours! The person who helped me also tried cleaning off the case I brought it in because of all the glass from when it was dropped. Great service, Great customer service, will definitely go back for future issues.

This by far was the best repair experience Ive had to date. The manager went out of his way to get my part from his store in Thornton and bring it down to fix my phone. They also got it fixed in about an hour once they received the part. I would recommend this repair shop to any and everyone that needs there cell phone fixed.
