I dealt with 3 people at the Parker location and all of them were friendly and knowledgeable, especially Austin! At first diagnosis it appeared my laptop was a goner and I was prepared to replace it and pay Austin and the staff transfer my data to my new laptop. Then Austin called me back to say he was able to fix the problem and all I needed to buy was a new charger cord. WOW, now that is great service! AND ALL OF THIIS WAS DONE AT NO CHARGE! I will definitely be back and I will tell everyone I know to give uBreakiFix a try. I am very impressed.

Great experience. I took in an older tablet that Verizon told me needed a power port. They worked with me to find a solution that was cost effective due to the low value of the device. I was told it would be 3 days till the part was in. They took it apart the same day and were able to clean and repair the connector. I was able to pick it up in just a few hours. To top it all off they didnt even charge me! Great experience I will definitely use them again.

My icloud backup failed and I broke my old phone so I came here to see if they could help. This store is amazing and the people are so nice and helpful. They have tried for about three days now to transfer my pictures and everything from my old broken phone to my new phone. Literally going above and beyond trying to figure out how to make it work for me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Incredible service with very knowledgable staff. No cost for diagnostics and if its a quick-fix they still wont charge you. Took my iPad there twice w/ wifi card problem. They fixed it with the original equipment and without up-charging for some bogus part. All this was done for $0...honestly, I offered to pay and feel guilty but WILL ALWAYS GO BACK FOR ANY TECH ISSUES!

Very professional staff at this location. My girlfriend did a number to her Gold Galaxy S6, it ended up needing a whole new display that they didnt have in stock at the time. Brandon took time out of his day to go to another location and get us the right part. Had it back to us the next day! Thats A++ service. Great job uBreakiFix Parker! Youve won our business for life!

I went in to get the glass and LCD screen fixed on my iPhone. It took 30 minutes and it looks better than when I bought the phone. The guys were fast and friendly and it was all cheaper than going through the insurance I have on my phone. I would definitely do it again (though I hope I dont have to!)!
