I never do reviews but just felt the need to make people aware of this location. First off, I thought everything wasnt really too bad in the store, the reps were very personable and seemed to be very helpful. I was slightly irritated however when we were sitting in the store with our 4 kids for about 30 minutes only to have the first available rep help someone else out who just walked in 5 minutes before. Anyways after we got the service setup I was planning on giving the rep we did work with 5 stars, until about 2 days later. The phone did still not work, I had to call in to TMobile and found out that the wrong SIM card number was put in for my wifes phone, so she was out of a phone for 2 days. Not that big of a deal really but that was only the first part. Second, I found out that I was straight up lied to or the rep did just not have the knowledge on the data plans. I was told in store that if my wife got a plan under 3GB of data she would not receive the free music streaming service. However after checking online and calling support I found out that the 1GB data plan (which is free mind you) does also include unlimited music streaming. Is an extra $10 a month that big of a deal? Not really, its just the fact that I was lied to about the available service that frustrates me. Go in with some knowledge before you deal with this store, they may try to get you to buy more when it isnt really needed. I am giving them at least 2 stars due to the rep being nice in store and giving him the benefit of the doubt that he may have just not had the knowledge rather than lied to us.

Horrible store. So I am currently an ATT customer. I went in and asked them what can I do to switch. The dude was highly rude and said that he would take my phone and Id have to pay for it (and not give me any credit, yes he said no credit for my phone, he would take this phone and Id have to pay for a t mobile phone) then he said they do not pay for ETF so I was stuck with that. He also told me that I owed 80% of the new phones worth. I have 700 plus credit especially since I bought my home in Parker. He gave me no options. I then called the castle rock store and they said they do pay the ETF and also would pay my phone off. I will be switching but only thanks to the castle rock store. This store was horrible and has no care in the world of gaining customers. There was a young lady in the back on her phone and the guy helping me was extremely rude. Avoid this store at all cost. I was in this store on 6-28-17 around 530pm. In nut shell he told me I owed 80% of the new phone. I would have to pay my ETF and I would also have to be stuck paying off my old phone. My old phone does qualify to switch over it is an iPhone 7. This guy gave me no options and I left upset. He gave no care in the world and I really hope he is either re trained or fired.

People tend to only post bad things and not enough of the good experiences. I switched to TMobile and it has not been a smooth transition. I purchased my phones from the telesales department. That made things very difficult when it came to sending my old phones in and issues with the phones themselves. Naturally I went to the store and was told there wasnt much they could do. BUT this isnt a complaint. TJ did EVERYTHING he could to help. There store manager did everything he could to help. Ive been back multiple times after being told by customer services to go to the store. They have tried and tired to do what they could. Sometimes the results arent what you want but when people go out of their way to offer the best service possible, you have to recognize that. Its been a month and everything appears to be working itself out. But I cannot complain about the service. People equate getting what they want and problems being solved as "good service" and the truth is, to me, good service means people doing what they can, even when I dont get my way or get the problem resolved. The network has been sucky for me since switching, but with service like this from this store, I will ride it out.

Rich Wynkoop - I would like to address my review partially to you. I have visited this store several times over the past year and the former manager Zack went overboard to bring me back down from wanting to leave T-Mobile on several occasions due to T-Mobiles phone "support." Im more than positive that if you did have an issue it would have at least been handled with the same customer service I was shown even when I was out for blood. The only people that this store has ever shown bad customer service to in my many visits were the rude, inconsiderate customers who were unreasonable and short. I hope google readers read this review and form their own opinions after coming to this store like I have. I would wager that Rich Wynkoop was someone that wanted something that wasnt possible and wanted to smear this store as a result. This old man is calling his bluff.

3 weeks ago I purchased a phone and added another line and bought accessories. Two days ago my phone needed a new sim card. I was told that there would be a charge for that sim card. Even though customer service told me to get a new one at any Tmobile store. That store treated me like crap and told me I was SOL. They could care less. So I went to the TMobile Store near Arapahoe/Parker, got a SIM card, the put it in, charged my phone and was treated like a customer. I will be getting my daughter her new Ipad next week, and I am pre ordering my Note 7 from that store. Ill drive the extra distance to be treated right. Dont go to this store. Its about as good as the service you would get at the Walmart thats next to it.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this location. I made an order for a new phone at this store and the staff member failed to fully explain the charges for a new handset. I woke up this morning to a far larger charge on my card, far more than I was willing to pay for. The staff member was well aware of my budget but continued to up sell me convincing me I was getting a good deal. Furthermore the telephone number I was given to track my order is in fact the new number that they assigned to my new phone. Extremely unhappy with the incompetent service I received.

Poor customer service. I think this store is staffed by lazy stoners. They looked like unwashed 70s hippies. They slouch over the counters playing on phones. They fail to greet customers walking into the store and have no sense of urgency whatsoever to take care of customers in a reasonable time-frame. I came in to switch five lines over but left after 20 minutes without anyone addressing my needs even to tell me how long it might be. I had a bad feeling about proceeding there. I was actually creeped out.
