I bought 2 subs and and a new amp, I didnt need wires but I decided to buy new ones to go along with my new car. I called cartoys to see how much they would charge and they told me about $150 total. Seemed like a pretty legit price. I then brought my car in yesterday to get it done . I was there at 11:30 and they said my car would be done at about 1:30. PERFECT just in time to get to work !!! I came back at exactly 1:30 to find out my car was still being worked on, also when they were cashing me out, total price ended up being $200!!!! Being already frustrated and irritated I payed it and waited about 25 more minutes, causing me to be late to work. The next morning I was cleaning out my car when I noticed my wooden bat wasnt in the trunk anymore, frustrated I called them to ask them what happened and they said it was laying in the shop. While being on hold for 5minutes the guy on the phone told me they threw it away. I told them I would be there in an hour. When I walked into the store, nobody tried to talk to me or help me with anything (my sister and I being the only customers in the store) I then walked to the desk, and told them I was their for my bat. The guy that was working on my car told me that it got thrown away. And the dumpster people came that morning. I then began asking questions as to why it was even taken out of my vehicle in the first place , and why it got thrown away instead of being put back in my car?? The manager then came out and apologized and gave me $50 back. But still very frustrated as to having to pay a lot of money and getting my things taken from me and denied them back. NEVER going back again.

This is the worst company I have ever did business with they sell you a warrantys under false pretense I bought a Jensen In dash from you guys on the day of the purchase the guy also tried to sell me a extended warranty which he told me at that time if anything went wrongwith my radio that I can bring it back and it will be replace so I purchased the warranty so 2 1/2 years later my radio broke when I took it back to car toys they told me that they needed to issue a trouble ticket to headquarters to be having a call back in a couple of days and they will replace my radio called back the following Monday The person on the phone told me that they did not have an answer call back Wednesday called back Wednesday and was told that my radio needed to be sent in and it would take 2 to 16 weeks for me to be getting it back and what I can do in the meantime is purchase another radio at their cost and once my radio comes in I can get reimbursed for my loaner radio this is the same company that lied to me about a warranty so they wanted me to trust them as far as giving me my money back if I bought this loaner radio I will make sure that I refer no one to your companyI would never spend a dollar in this company again in my l feel like I was robed and when I asked the contact general manager I was unable to get one and a manager was very rude.

So Ive been here two times for the same item comma an alarm system put into my truck. They needed 6 hours the first time install it. I thought that was a long requirement, but I let it go. The alarm system didnt function properly, so I took it back to them. They could not take it the day that I showed up, so I scheduled it through them a week later. He originally told me he would need 4 hours to fix, when I arrived, I was the first person there. They told me they needed it all day long. I wasnt happy with that. I had to rearrange my schedule. But I made it happen. I get the vehicle back. The alarm still is now working properly and they did not do what they said they would do. Very very disappointed. And I still need them to fix it. Update 9/28: Now been here 4 times. Time they completely ripped out the entire system. And installed a new one. Still have the same issues. I am glad they are committed to fixing the problem, but this is costing me time and money as well as them.

Worst place ever!!! Dropped off my truck at 9am. They said it would take 4-5 hours. At 3pm I called to see if it was done and he said they havent even started on it but theyre going to start on it now. Keeping in mind they closed at 7am, I called at 630pm and they said they were going to call and ask me if they could keep it over night. When where they going to call? I explained to him that I had to have it back in order to make it to work tomorrow. He said be here before 7 and it will be done. I walked in the door at 655pm and he told me it would be like another 2 hours. I waited in the store for another hour and a half just to get a halfass detail done. None of the glass was clean, the seats were wet, the dash still had streaks on it, and the cup holds werent even clean!! 11.5 hours and $235 for a halfass job??? Never again with I return to this car toys nor will I recommend it to anyone.

I recently had a complete system installed in my truck and even added a remote start and alarm. I have got to say that I was very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that was shown me by not only Drew my salesman but also Scott the install technician. These guys really know what theyre doing. I explained exactly what I was looking for and they tailored a system around precisely what I wanted, and am I ever satisfied. They not only provided me with a detailed estimate and stuck to their original pricing but also threw in some addition items needed for no additional charge. And, they even went above and beyond by performing some wiring for LED interior lights and didnt even charge me for that. My system sounds absolutely amazing, probably the best Ive ever heard. Would I recommend them to friends and family? Without a doubt. Ask for Drew, youll be glad you did!

One star is a huge stretch for this store. I took my van in for a detail that I purchased on groupon the deal said to call to make an appointment so I tried the guy said just bring it in when you want the detail at 9 so thats what I did. I came the guy asked if I made an appointment so I said no because I was told it wasnt necessary. They took my van anyway for the detail and told me 4-6 hours, total lie. Note I dropped of at 9am my van wasnt done until 7pm ten hours for a simple detail. When I got it back the seats were wet and the van was still dirty there was a French fry in it. I talked to supervisors and they tried to fix it a couple days later unfortunately all the same problems were there. They are not good for details so if thats what you are going for find another place. NEVER AGAIN
