I have the Huawei mercury and it crashed Saturday. When I went to get it replaced they told me I had to come back Monday when their manager worked. They need a weekend manager. Other then that it was good service I wasnt there more then ten minutes when I got my phone replaced. Oh and they need to get rid of their fee for using the manufacture warranty its BS I have never had to pay to use the warranty on my phones before. Other then ghat it was good

Every experience here has been a NIGHTMARE. Kiesha is a horrible supervisor who allows her employees to constantly pass the buck and not conduct any type of typical in store services. They opted to either force me to buy an unnecessary item before they would activate my phone or to not service me at all. I have reported this store to 800-Cricket Wireless. What good is customer service if youre too lazy to perform any service at all?
