Solid 5! Ive been a Verizon customer for many years, am relatively new to Colorado and ran into some issues with defective phone upgrades. The staff at Russ Cellular always went well above and beyond and represented me well in getting the issues resolved. Compared to the local Verizon retail locations and rude Verizon retail store staff I always make it a point to visit this office instead. No, or minimal waiting time, staff actually cares, glad to have them as a local resource!

I highly recommend Russell Cellular Verizon. We didnt wait long for help, and Annamarie was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful with my smartphone purchase. She also helped my boyfriend get a better plan deal and was able to lower his plan by $20 a month. Overall great experience and purchase!

Sold me a cracked phone and blamed it on me. Lady also ask me about my finances on way I didnt want to pay monthly play on a new phone. Will never go back again! Travel to Southgate version store. Annemarie M. was her name, shes not a people person and should not be working this sort of job.
