Went to try and trade my phone for a better one at this metro yesterday at about closing. The girl was snotty from the beginning when I told her I was not happy with my phone. I have never had a problem before being that I bought my last phone from this location. She had short hair(I think fake grey throughout it) and glasses. When i asked her for info on phones she pretty much told me they dont really know whats on the phone. The way she was from the beginning was just down right annoyed voice. I asked her if all metros have the same phone, when she told me yes I took my happy butt to a different metro location and bought a phone New through them.

This store needs more employees. The clerk did not acknowledge anyone walking into the store. Spent way to much time on one customer. Get this girl some help!
