I wrote this memo to the Store Mgr on Oct 2 and have yet to hear back from anyone - AVOID THIS STORE ! Mr. Forman, after coming into your store to speak to you yesterday I was informed that you were to busy to speak to me and would contact me later. I left my name and cell number. Since I havent heard from you, my assumption is that you are still busy with inventory. On Oct 1 I came to your store and spoke with the Assistant Mgr, Jimmy Vo, regarding my dissatisfaction with the service / lack of knowledgeable information from FOUR prior visits to your store. Prior to September 2, I came in four times to speak to various staff members about ensuring that my iPhone 5 would function in Italy while I was there for the month of September. All four informed me that all I had to do was turn on CELLULAR and ROAMING functions and that the phone would function as if in the US. Obviously, this did not happen and I was forced to purchase a burner phone/loaded SIM card for $75. When I spoke with Mr. Vo, he was the only one who not only informed me of the CELLULAR and ROAMING requirement but also informed me that the phone/contract had to be unlocked to ensure service from foreign carriers. The point here is that your staff is ill equipped and not trained to provide the correct information / requirements to ensure your customers have the service they require and request. Mr. Vo assured me that I would be credited for the $75 to my contract and that it would take several days to process. Im looking for confirmation from you that this reimbursement, and the appropriate training takes place in a timely manner. Please confirm this via a response to this email. You have my cell (408-XXX-XXXX) and now you have my email.

I have been to this store at least 5 times and I have not had 1 good experience. Today topped them all. Yes, I should have learned after the first experience. The Assistant Manager, Monica. She was rude, unhelpful and told me it was my daughters fault I couldnt get a phone. She rolled her eyes at me when I asked her to explain what she was saying because I didnt understand. Ive been an AT&T customer longer than I can remember...maybe not too much longer. I wanted a new phone - I left without a phone and was told that I could not get a phone unless I paid $467. All because of a mistake that was made in an AT&T store by their employees. Not at all sure why this is my fault or why I would be affected by their mistake. At minimum, please give Monica some management training. She has no right to talk or behave the way she did with me. It was rude, unprofessional and disrespectful.

Twice I drove to this store when the person on the phone said that they had exactly what I needed. Twice I arrived and was told that they didnt have what I needed and the sales person(s) claimed that I misunderstood. The second time was a bold faced lie as checked and doubled checked on the phone - being that I was extremely wary after the first experience. On the plus side, this store appears to have all the phones and accessories. Every once in a while you do get someone who really knows what they are doing. The problem is if you are trying to do anything besides buy a new phone and contract, youll probably be there for a LONG time. I now drive much further and goto the one on Stevens Creek in the Mall. The woman who works the counter there is amazingly competent and nice too! Worth the drive to Valley Fair mall - although I hate going to the mall.

Signed up with an iPhone and wanted to transfer my out-of-state phone number; the guy I spoke with told me no prob; hed give me a SIM card with a "temporary" number and I could change the number by calling 611. I called; they said no, I had to get a new SIM card for that, preferrably from the store. I did. It took an HOUR. I spoke worked with a different girl, relieved I was not working with the guy whod helped me, only to discover she was asking him for verifications with AT&T on the phone to transfer my out-of-state number; HE WAS THE MANAGER/SUPERVISOR. I asked her if this was an uncommon request, and she said no, they get them pretty often. No wonder he didnt want to tell me the right information in the first place - it took an hour on the phone; that would have meant work on his end. Outrageous.

I went in there to buy a new iPhone 6 - and the sales gal there- Betty is her name who seemed nice enough updated my info and updated my sons phone number, not mine!! No testing the number, or confirming anything- just goodbye! I went back there when my son discovered he had no service, and Betty was not there, but the other gals never once apologized and said it was a mistake, we will fix it... they just hustled me, tried to shush me, and acted very defensive, like it was problem. You guys are the one who made the mistake- OWN IT! Hands down the best ATT store is in Los Gatos where the guys know your problem right away, immediately fix it, explain things very simply all with a smile on their face! NEVER AGAIN will I go to this Hillsdale store

Rude, Insolent, lazy and dont forget we are doing them a favor by coming into the store. Oh, and dont even try to smile at them and make eye contact, they are extremely well trained in avoidance of making contact with customers. On the plus side it does have a lot of accessories.

There was no waiting, yet I was expecting a 10-15 minute wait. I needed to activate a new phone I bought on line. The rep, took care of it in under 5 minutes and was really courteous!

They helped me get a SIM card. The staff was friendly and casual. It took a little longer than it needed to, but they did a great job.
