The associates were friendly and they have an efficient "log-in" process that makes sure youre helped in the order you arrived. Had no issues with customer service or friendliness. Based on that I would go there again if I needed service. However, the tech support specialists were unable to resolve my issue. I bought a brand new phone and was having an issue setting up my Gmail using the app on my Android. I had worked with a tech on the phone twice and every troubleshooting step had been taken, rebooted my phone, set it back to factory defaults (three times!) and nothing we tried worked. I work in technology, so its not like I wasnt following the proper troubleshooting steps. I finally get an e-ticket assigned to my case and go into the store the next day. They do all the same things I and the phone tech tried... with no success again. I spent an hour and a half in the store and while they were able to narrow down that the issue was with my Gmail account and likely to be related to my Gmail Account Settings, they were unable to resolve my issue. Later in my work day, I decide to go check out my account settings on my own (at the store they were navigating around in there and unable to figure it out). Within 5mins I had figured it out and resolved the issue myself. So... if you have 2-Step Verification turned ON for you account, you may have issues with signing into your Gmail application. Heres the excerpt I found on my Account Settings page, under the Authorizing Applications and Site link: Some applications that work outside a browser arent yet compatible with 2-step verification and cannot ask for verification codes, for example: Android devices Mail clients such as Microsoft Outlook Chat clients such as Google Talk or AIM To use these applications, you first need to generate an application-specific password. Next, enter that in the password field of your application instead of your regular password. You can create a new application-specific password for each application that needs one. Just follow the steps where it says "Step 1 of 2: Generate new application-specific password" and name your device so you remember what application youre setting this up for. Then, just click "Generate Password" and it will give you a password to enter into your Gmail app. You dont have to remember it and you can revoke access if you happen to lose your phone. I know the 2-Step Verification is a newer thing at Google, but if Sprint is offering up Androids with apps like Gmail, then their tech teams (on the phone or in the store) need to be on the up and up as far as little quirks like this and how to quickly resolve them.

I took my daughters phone to the sprint store for it to be activated and transfer some photos and contacts from one phone to another these people were complete idiots and had no idea what they were doing if I could give this this store any stars I wouldnt give them a big fat -0 they need to hire smarter employees before they release these employees into a working environment they need to have the proper training there were so many people mad at that store yesterday it was unbelievable there was a lady who was put into a contract that she didnt quite understand there was a man whose phone wasnt working right and then there was me and I had no problem letting the store know that I was pissed

I usually dont write these things, but I just have to say that Garrett is the EPITOME of five-star service!!! He was very patient, helpful, AND thorough with helping me figure out my account details, (as well as helping me upgrade it once everything was figured out)... If youve ever spent time people watching inside of the cell phone store, you know that it takes the patience of a saint to do that job. This dude made what would have been a frustrating ordeal, into a great customer experience! Ill be sure to ask for him next time I have any questions. Thank you!

Extremely long wait each time I go there - 1hour or more. Often times information about billing changes is held, falsified or not clearly communicated. Ex. I was given phone accessories when I signed up for new service and was told it is complementary. In reality I was being charged a monthly installment for that! When I went to return it within the 30 day period, they insisted that I speak to the original sales rep, even though the person had moved to a different store. I had a couple such instances and would not recommend anyone using that store.

Worst Customer Service Everytime, Only Reason I go Is For Location and Less Traffic So I put up with the Crap Service. Associates dont care all of them each and every one, One time the District manager an Asian guy came in and then all the associates starting faking they acted like that before he came in it was a good laugh for me. The District manager didnt seem to care too much about anything either. I will probably switch back to Verizon when I can because the service is worth it.

Dont even think they deserve a star. There potential for customer service and support is a minimum. Or maybe im taking it personally since I only wanted to buy a particular Bluetooth. Not that im spoiled by previous stores greetings. But the experience and expectations was low. Been there waiting over 40 minutes unacknowledged. Asking but told wait. Just for a two minute purchase.... enjoy your experience

This store is terrible. I came in to do a phone swap to a Nexus 6p and the employee was disinterested in helping me acted like he didnt want to be there and it was an inconvenience for him to do his job and do a phone swap for me. He wanted to sell me a new phone rather than do what I ask him to do. I recommend you go to the Stevens Creek store rather than the store if you need help.

Excellent service I was in and out in no time. The sales representative Nicole got the accessories I needed for my EVO 4G LTE and was able to assist me. Best service Ive ever had in a Sprint store. Which is saying a lot. I was in and out within 10 to 15 minutes on a Saturday just before noon. That is never the case at other Sprint stores. Nicole was very knowledgeable as well.

Just left this store after signing in and waiting over an hour without purchasing the two phones I wanted to buy today. To add insult, I got attitude from the employee when I asked where the next closest store was. Waste of time at this store. Seriously thinking of dumping Sprint and going to Verizon.

The people are friendly. Sadly there is what seems like a culture of BS, when I asked some questions I got answers that were either made up or just plain wrong (the $10 data plan is why the phone boots up so fast!). Just sell me stuff and blow off my concerns, that was the impression I got.
