Few problems- 1. Worst customer service and billing in a long time. At the billing/check out reps talk amongst themselves while people in line wait to be called. The billing system is horrible; make sure you ALWAYS check your bill afterwards. I have had the misfortune of shopping here thrice (I wish I had another H&M closer to where I live) and each time the items tagged price and billed price was different. No prizes for guessing the billed price was always higher. 2. The merchandise is extremely disorganized; half the things dont belong where they should be price wise. You can bet something under the section of $10 isnt $10. 3. The sections arent made very well making it difficult to navigate through and not easy to find what youre really looking for. For example no dedicated section for dresses.

This is a pretty large H&M but it always feels like an outlet H&M to me. For example, Ive seen clothes at the store in Santana Row and then months and months later find it here. Santana Row has a better selection but its much smaller and no mens or childrens. The store in Oakridge is the best of the three.

Huge h&m store with a lot of selections. This store also sells kids clothing. There is always a line in cashiers though. I took one star off due to the always long line in changing room and cashier.

Really bad customer service and dont even ask about the attitude of the staff!!! They would just crumple the clothes in a ball n give you and say that its folded!!!

Well fitting clothes without the high price tag of most other brands. You can get a discount for bringing in old clothes to recycle, which is nice.

Came at 840pm and was told that the place was closed. Worker seemed to not want to work anymore. Change your hours if youre going to close early.

they dont follow their own scedule, everything in the store is a mess, clothes are everywhere on the floor
