As a long time sprint customer ... They have totally changed. Terrible customer service... They overcharge you on your bill. Every month is more than last and they wont explain why! The latest occurrence.. They wanted to charge 3 dollars to pay bill in CASH in their store. Not that 3 dollars is going to make or break anyone ... Its just the point of it . My suggestion is to use any other service except sprint and their rip off tactics. Better Business bureau needs to be contacted.

The lady basically spent more time trying to qualify me to not be helped than helping me. She basically kept just saying that typical "you know you can do this yourself online" which is basically where the conversation ended, I broke my phone, wanted to activate an old phone and she didnt want to help me, said to do it online, so i basically wasted a trip there for nothing.

Closes at 8pm website said 9pm two employees didnt answer the door some random dude came over to tell me from inside. When I explained why I was knocking on the door, he simply replyed " I dont care I dont work here" awesome....

Just received the worst customer experience from store manager Juanita. Attitude was apparent from the moment I walked into the store. I will never return to this location.
