If I could give this a zero I would, A complete nightmare. I bought 2 of their products and first they are over priced by far, but I spent the money because I thought it would be easy setup, WRONG, had to use my phone to set it up and it got stuck on installation and after several hours I gave up... NO tech support on the weekend guys LOL , no useful support on the web site to troubleshoot. I WANT MY TIME BACK and not just the money...

This is literally one of the worst products I have ever used. In terms of basic functionality this product does not worked what so ever. Since purchase neither the device nor the app has ever worked properly. Please, I beg of you, do not waste your money on the iBaby.
