While I had recently posted a very negative review with this company I feel obligated to offer this follow up. The company has since reached out to me and has corrected the situation by sending me a new and in fact upgraded flashlight. They (ownership) stated that they had tried to contact me several times via email over the past several months. For reasons not determined, I never received their emails. I do question as to why they would not have picked up the phone and called me to resolve my issue which was a defective flashlight right out of the box. In any case the problem has now been resolved to my satisfaction.

A great place to purchase DIY flashlight items, great quality at a great price. Above all excellent customer service, for example: during one of my builds, I broke the center out of the "pill" for my led drop in component. I sent him an email describing what I had done...and made it clear that it was my fault. I asked if he had a separate pill, and indicated that I would pay for it and the shipping cost. He sent me the whole drop in...free of charge. Now Im sure that he couldnt afford to do that all the time....but its nice to see someone put their customers satisfaction before any profit to be made.

It is now the 16th of January I ordered on the 28th. I still have not received my Package. At first I selected the wrong battery which they emailed me back and fixed it but it took almost a week and a half just to do that. Then my order never went through to send it so they messed up in that end. This is supposed to be a 2-3 day delivery. I am very displeased as they need to get theyre online ordering taken care of and its damn near impossible to get someone on the phone. Very disorganized and not pleased.

I have been trying to get them on the phone for 2 monthes I ordered some batteries from them and they sent but got sent back I have got them on the phone once in 2 monthes and they said they resent it and I should get a verification email but its been a month since that happened and no batteries and no email

Best batts, chargers, n lights around; skip the big box stores, or questionably cheap online lights. Top quality, best price, great service, and a lot of knowledge is available if you ask. I always need high amp drain batts with good mAh (run time), and they have several types in stock. 10/10
