I got to the store around 8:30 this morning. Waited for them to open at 9 (which they clearly posts as their office hour). Waited and the store was not even open at 9 am. NPR news hour had already started. Frustrated, I still waited for the "manager" to show up for his shift because I wanted to get this done before I headed off to work. I attempted to drop off my ATT DVR for return but this guy said that I had to provide him with my email and phone number and he would not give me a receipt or sign off on a piece of paper for me to state that I had dropped off the the system for return. HOW DO YOU TRUST SOMEONE YOUVE NEVER MET? The worst part is he said there was already another system from yesterday that he has not even done the paper work on and he "promised" me that I will get a notification in 3 hours via email? WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THAT? NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. Take your business elsewhere...apparently the "store manager" doesnt care, why should you take your business there.

This is the worst UPS store experience I have ever had. I dropped a box on Saturday at the store. But I found the item was going out on next Mon and UPS site gave much cheaper rate. I came back in ten minutes and canceled the order and took back my package which had not been sealed. The owner said I wont get a refund until three weeks later because UPS side takes time to do that. I NEVER GET THAT MONEY BACK! The owner, Saumil Shah, just refused to give me back $76+ using I dont have ups track # as an excuse. I have a copy of the store receipt and the receipt ID on it will link to the UPS track#. But he just pretended that he can not find my record! Mr. Shah played nasty game to a customer before me too. He was giving very expensive quote to him. It was only after the guy decide to seek alternative shipping and ready to leave then he gave a lower quote. This store is definitely a UPSs shame!

Id give zero stars if I could. Personnel and owner are both irresponsible and unaccountable. Owner just absolutely refused to accept responsibility in paying the tax/duty required by custom in VN. We paid them $220+ for sending two phones back to VN. We thought theyd take care of everything. Then it got stuck in custom because apparently they didnt pay duty on it which was asking for yet closes to a couple hundred of dollars more. Thats $400!!! to send two phones back to VN. How ridiculous is that??? We wouldnt have ship it via UPS if we knew it was gonna cost that much! Owner absolutely refuses to accept responsibility and Ill complaint it further to UPS headquarter next. One more thing, I cant believe he actually suggested to invoice two iphones we send back with value of $170 just to avoid duty and skirt his responsibility! How ridiculous it that?

I was looking for 0 stars, but have to settle for 1 (which is an over-achievement on the part of this pathetic UPS store. Im a regular UPS user, and this is by far the worst store Ive been to. They made me wait 10 minutes (with no one ahead of me) to merely drop off a package. Add insult to injury, they ran out of tape to pack my shipping box so they made me use one of their new tapes, and despite inquiring whether I need to pay for it, didnt utter a word about until I was done taping. That was sly and cheap. Needless to say they can shove that tape right back up their butt. Lesson learned, this place is garbage and its manager a moron. One would believe it needs at least high school education to run a UPS store, but this ones an exception.

Hello, I needed a mailbox and I live out of town..Just a small chat on the phone sounded like a problem. When I inquired about a monthly rental mail box the kid on the phone sounded like he didnt have them. I finally asked him if it would be better if I called back later and he said yes.....Seeing other reviews I will look for one even in another town..Thanks everybody you saved me

Bad service. Charged me almost 60$ for a ups package that I found out later from an other ups location that it would have costed 23$ for the exact terms of shipment. This is the second time this has happened to me in this store. Dont ever step in here. I will use FedEx henceforth. Looks like UPS has no control/ checks in place for stores that are not honest with their customers.

Terrible experience. Owner lied to me about cheaper available service, and told me that the 3 day select was the cheapest service possible for my package. I explained that time was not of the essence, and he still told me that was the cheapest service. I then verified on the UPS website that I could have sent my package UPS Ground for almost half the cost. W Wh

I visited this store the other day to drop a return package. Greeted two men (one of them looked like the manager) with an enthusiastic hello and they looked at me like Im some kind of idiot. I gave one of them my package and they just laid it on the counter and stared at it for 3 seconds, then said "Ok". Customer service at its finest *rolls eyes*

I wish I could give a worse ratting than poor. the guy put my name and destination address wrong for an international package despite giving everything in capital letters and spelling out my name multiple times. Now I am going to somehow locate my package and ask field staff to deliver it to correct address. Avoid at all costs.

Milpitas branch store customer care. Third class customer care response. No attempt was being made to even understand the situation. Just a standard response indicating ill get it at right time. I think you should fire him as he is not fit for the job. I wish i could give 0 star or even negative.

DO NOT GO HERE. Package was dropped off here for return with prepaid label. It was never scanned. I suspect the employees stole the package. If you do anything at this store, always get a receipt. Customer service is not to be trusted at all.

Super rude person at the counter. Does not know english! I live very near to this store. But, I would avoid this store whenever I can. They do not give receipt for drop of package from amazon etc... I wish if they can improve service.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The staff doesnt care at all. We are giving this place 1 star more than it deserves .They charged us 2.5$ for a single printout. Find another ups store. You will waste time and energy and your good mood here.

I agree with the user regarding bad customer service. A hired worker was nice and courteous, but his manager is rude and is one of those "nickel and dime" kind of people (I dont want to stereotype any kind of people here).
