I want to first state that out of all stores in a 20 miles radius of Antioch, this is the one you should go too! I broke my LG L70 on Saturday, it is now Wednesday, for the past five days I have visited 6 different stores and called about 10. I had a horrible experience at the main Metro PCS store in Pittsburgh, where they refused to sell me the LG without starting a new service plan. Other stores, were also unhelpful and rude. Not to mention most stores that I called would not even pick up the phone. Then I called NorCal Cellular, they said they were getting a shipment in today, so I went down there. Turns out they are not aware totally what comes in the shipping orders and did not have the phone. I explained that this was the sixth store I had been too, that no one had it, and the store that did refused to sell it to me. A customer service agent named Hilda, offered to call her boss, to make sure that the shipment was coming in tomorrow. Then offered to put one aside for me. Vannesa was another customer service agent who was very personable and polite, answered all my questions without frustration and tried to trouble shoot with me. In the end, they were both genuine and you could tell they took there job and customer service seriously, and I will have my phone tomorrow. :) Not to mention, most other stores are charging at least $20 dollars more then this store for just the phone. Even if it is out of the way for you, this is the store to go to for all Metro PCS customers in the area. Thank you very much NorCal.

Went there, had to get a new phone, made me pay full price because my insurance would not cover it yet, even though, I did not damage the phone, had its own computer problems, just for this phone to have issues later
