Metro PCS is the WORST! You cant go to any store besides Pittsburg, if you already have a phone that isnt working. The staff is rude and unprofessional. You can NOT get ahold of anyone on the phone, so if you have a 2 minute question go stand in line for a hour in PITTSBURG. I am on my 3rd phone in under a year. I first bought the LG, the battery kept crashing my phones (they dont replace the battery, which is a joke) so by the 3rd phone they gave me a ZTE(I never heard of it), garbage. first 1 crashed, now on my replacement ZTE phone people on the line say they cant hear me. Back to pittsburg I go. I guess you get what you pay for.

On two different occasions I called at 6:45pm and asked how late they were open till on that day and both times they told me that they were open until 7pm, both times I said "awesome, Ill see you in 5 minutes" ..both times I showed up at 6:50pm and found the place dark and closed, I felt like they did that on purpose, and all I was trying to do was pay my phone bill, so I just do it online now

I have been waiting a week for my phone to come into thus stire and I have not gotten a text or a call. To different people have gave me to different days for me to pickup my other phone and Im still waiting for a text or a call. They need a phone number that really work instead of using a recording.

This Metro store is the best in the area. Its a corporate store so it usually has more phones to offer. Also, if you need to exchange or repair your phone they do it there.
