Interesting how this place has so many bright reviews. Maybe it was just the batch of employees that I had when I went in. I went in during lunch time everyone was busy so I went straight to the phone I had in mind to upgrade to. I was approached a few mins later. Felt like I was the one initializing more of the conversation and pulling for info. I asked if he had a sales pitch for the phone, he said no, to promo was over two days ago. He seemed out of it, maybe part of his personality? Idk. He lingered and only answered questions I was specifically asked then eventually wandered off. As I looked at other things in the store, I wasnt helped by anyone else. I just felt ignored. Definitely wont be going back to this location. Off day it not.

One of the best T-Mobile stores to visit, if you want to make changes or establish service with them. The downside is they can get *quite* flooded and if they do, itll be a bit of a long wait to get anything done, which is a bit frustrating. Still, staff is reasonably knowledgable and I havent yet had them try to pull any tricks on me, like AT&T seems to like doing.

The employees are not very friendly or helpful..was in the empty store for almost 10 mins without anyone asking if they can help me. The actual company really sucks as far customer service all around price gouging and ridiculous bills and fees for crappy service
