They lost my brand new charger after damaging the battery in my phone by using the WRONG store charger and the manager on duty outright refused to replace it or refund me for my loss. I filed a complaint with customer service and am waiting on a response. They only have limited knowledge in the store and while some staff members are much more knowledgeable than others, many are condescending if you offend them even by politely correcting them on a technical fact you know more about, for example. I am tempted to edit in more details as well as evidence and logs.

broke my leg needed to get a sim card to activate my phone, called customer service and was told that i needed to go into a store and get a sim card so that i can activate my service, had my girlfriend go to the store only to be denied service because they wouldnt allow the idea of someone activating their own service and wanted to force a $25 dollar activation fee when anybody can do it themselves for free in less than 5 minutes. Dont let them hustle you! I will be filing a complaint with corporate.

All staff is unknowledgeable about their own products. The $6 (X2) that Ive been paying for 8 year# did me no good. I was told that they are just the middle man. Theyre the people I sent the money. Anyway, I had to buy a new phone (LG stylus 3+) I would not use these people. Go somewhere, anywhere else but MetroPCS!

Well the majority of time the cell phones that are on sale are not in . Stock.what my honest opinion is about metro.ever since T-Mobile bought them out.the cell phones they sale have a lot problems
