DO NOT ORDER PHONES FROM THIS LOCATION!! They dont know what theyre doing and are NOT a real Verizon store. I have had the worst experience with this store. I preordered the iPhone7 2 weeks ago and it was supposed to have arrived 3 days ago, yet they said did not receive anything and Anyssa was very rude in telling me she had no information and could not help me despite being the one who personally ordered my phone. I called Verizon customer service and they told me that it was not ever ordered and that it was pending in lala land even though I have a printed receipt from the store. Now I am without a phone and it is preventing me from ordering another one and I have received no help or an apology

The assistant manager, Jesus was extremely rude and not helpful to my husband who went into the store to ask a question. I later called and spoke with Jesus and he was equally rude. He would not let me know when the manager was due in and told me he was the manager. I always found the store very helpful and have done business there for years however, this Asst. manager has alot to learn about people skills

Against my carefully expressed wishes, the staff in this store added new data features to my phone. They are inept at their job and do not pay attention to customers. The worse thing about this and other Verizon stores in Davis is that they are not owned directly by Verizon. Thus the Verizon company refuses to fix the mistakes made by the Davis staff.

This was the best verizon experience i have ever had by far. They took the time to make sure my family and i were getting the right phones. They showed us how to download and use a lot of the droid apps. They were great i am definetly going to refer poeple to that store.

If you are in Davis, definitely go to the verizon near borders. The one on E. Covell has HORRIBLE service where they try to charge extra at every step of the way. The other verizon store is much better!

They have horrible service and treat you like your stupid. They promise to replace your phone on one visit and when you go back to do it, they try to convince you to keep your phone.
