This place repaired my iPad2 screen as promised at the price quoted. It was a reasonable price. I would have ranked a lot higher, however, the customer service was very bad. I was told that it would be done by the end of the day and they would call me. After 2 days, I finally called, but they are closed on Fridays and I left a message. They never called back and I finally stopped in to check. My iPad was ready, but nobody ever called me. I expressed my disappointment that nobody called me; but they didnt apologize or even seem to care that I waited that long, with no communication. A simple apology would have earned them 2 more stars.

Cesar is great! He helped me fix my phone for free. Hes a nice guy who actually cares about his customers and knows a lot about his phones. I had an unusual problem with my iPhone after I had the screen replaced at another place in SoCal and he helped me fix it in like ten minutes and even came in on his day off to make sure it was fixed. Thanks!! Ill definitely be recommending friends and fam to this place. Its hard to find a trustworthy phone repair place but this is it

My boyfriend went to the shop because his screen was turning blue. They asked us to leave it there because they assumed it was due to the screen and would get a new shipment the following day. When we went to pick it up they said the phone was unrepairable. We tried to turn on the phone and the phone would not turn on. We also noticed the bottom screws were missing. They probably took the phone apart and took part they needed.

My Iphone 5 had audio issues in that I had to put all calls through speaker in order to hear. First I was glad to find a place locally that does phone repairs. More importantly, I was able to drop it off and it was fixed within 30 minutes for very reasonable cost. Thank you Mark!

Phone screen completely messed it up. I took it in, not only did he fix the screen and everything, he reactivated the flash on my camera. Now it works good as new, and im only down 120 vs 150 at other places. If your phone is broken, worth checking this place out.

They say they open at 10am but no one bothered to answer till 12! Once they finally answered they told me they dont fix charging ports. And they call themselves a cell phone repair store. What a joke.

I had problems with my charging port. They helped me find the problem so I wouldnt have to spend money if I didnt need to. They told me what was wrong and didnt charge a thing.
