Yes, some how I them in confident people. One either look too Busy to answer a simple or just plain lazy not knowing items. On April 15, 2016, I looked on their website its tells that if you shop online you can pick item (s) within 1 hour of the purchase without having it delivery. I phoned store directly was placed on hold for a long time. But I finally got to speak to someone (female) asking if item I available in store. Long short I was in the end informed No items available in the short. I told an individual on hte website I there are two available why. Excuse was that the website is SLOWER on her End than the actual website. What or how that is is possible.. Business people except that your website stated that you have must make sure you do.. Not complete different what type of business is STAPLE running . One words for Upper Management check on up with all locate store manager(s) to making sure that item (s) adds on website making sure all/most store(s) at least have it as Promises.. HUGELY DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!

I went to the Staples in Vacaville today with a broken fax machine we purchased there a year ago along with the ext warranty. Turns out to use the warranty you have to call the 800 number and go through the process. I dont have time to go through the process with our fax machine since it is the lifeline for orders and confirmations for our business. I explained this to the asst manager, she looked up our acct and saw we purchase a lot of supplies and technical equipment from them monthly. She took our fax machine in for exchange and said she would follow through with the warranty exchange for me. She was AWESOME!!! I just want to say thank you! And, this kind of customer service is rare to find anymore. I truly appreciated all of her help and wanted everyone to know, this is definitely a place you want to do business with.

I was completely blown away by how rude the Vacaville store manager was to me today. Being a teacher, I went in to purchase a class set of pencil boxes for 50 cents each. The sign said there was a 5 limit purchase, as there is every year. In the past, the clerks have always let me, and my teacher peers, buy 5 at a time. The manager refused to allow me to purchase my class set this way, and actually called me a LIAR and said I had never done so in the past. He accused me of trying to manipulate and take advantage of the system. What good will 5 pencil boxes do a teacher?? We need class sets! Staples needs to support teachers, especially at this time of year since we need so many supplies that we purchase with our own money! Staples has lost me as a customer. Target is right around the corner!!!

Brought my phone in last week to get some work done on it. Its been over a week and I still had not received a phone call so I decided to give staples a call regarding my phone. A rep. had informed me that my phone had been shipped back but was still not working, still I had not received a phone call or email regarding my phone (the rep was very rude to top it off). Its been over a week and my phone is still not fixed given they had promised me three days. I have no idea what is going on with my phone because there is no communication with Staples and the third party that is fixing the phones. I am very disappointed with the services. I invested $140.00 dollars in this repair, I hope Staples is able to fix my phone. I will never come to staples again to get my phone fixed.

Shockingly a great experience at a staples. Found what I needed in the newly remodeled store. Cashier was super friendly and was very nice when I asked her to price match their online deal. Somehow staples stays relevant in 2016 for those gotta have em tonight tech items.

I went in and needed one copy made. They told me it would not be ready for 24 hours. If you need copies made, go somewhere else unless you can wait. I only needed one stinking copy.
