It would be 5 stars because the people there are helpful. However, everytime I go in there they only have 2 people and both people are helping activate lines which takes a LONG time to do and in the meantime you have customers coming for easy short transactions who are getting upset having to wait and most end up leaving without getting help because it takes so long. They either need more employees or need to just have only one person doing activations at a time so the other is free to help customers with easy transactions and avoid furious customers. I ended up leaving after about 10-15minutes waiting in a non-moving line. Ive seen instances when other customers got VERY upset and yelling because of this same thing on previous visits to this location. Nice people, just need to adjust the workflow to be more customer service friendly and avoid long waits for us customers.

every single time i go into the store for help with my account the associates in the store turn me away every time just saying you can do it your self if you call star 4 or star 3 when i obviously had problems with it in the first place so instead doing their jobs and making sure i was okay, this has happened three times and every single time ive had such bad customer service that ive left cussing every time, this is literally the worst customer service ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with

Horrible customer service. Ive been in multiple times and everytime Im told they dont know the answer to my question and that the manager will call me back that day. Its been several weeks and still no answer. I regret switching to sprint and will not remain with them. Also our bill is about 75 more than they quoted and its still not fixed.

went in last night to upgrade my phone. they got me the phone I wanted, change my plan up to maximize my usage all while training a new employee. It was fast and easy and to the point. I recommend this store and highly appreciate the employees
