well I went to the GameStop in Vacaville again. I figured it was a good to try them again. Considering I had not been in about six months. Since my last horrible experience. I was going in to trade my old I phone 6 in as I had gotten the 6 s when I got to the counter there was an employee by the name of Jeremy or jermy not sure of the spelling , but he took my old I phone, to examine it and keep in mind it was in a life proof case the entire time I had owned it. He tells me thats its only worth 45$ which was funny because online I was told 119$ And over the phone from another employee at this same store!!!! they two said if its like new. Which it basically was because of my life proof case for the phone. So he tells me 45$ is all he can give me. I decided to go to the Fairfield GameStop and its funny they offered me 119$. They said it was one of the best kept I phones they had seen in a while. Which is unreal because 30 min before this Im told by Jeremy This is the same employe that I had problems with before which I wrote a review for previously! hes vary rude especially towards young kids, he has gotten over on so many people its amazing. Truly Ill never go back to this store until hes fired because he truly needs to learn manners if he doesnt like his job then quit...... And the owners and bosses of this store need to be held accountable as well for this is there employe whos supposed to be a representation of GameStop and there employer

Bait and switch ad! We ordered a new Wii U for a special price. Althiugh it was advertised as both an in-store and online sale item, we found out that the local store was out of stock. The ad specifically stated that the item was NEW but when it arrived it was obviously used. I waited on hold for over an hour 2 different times to talk to someone at customer service but there was no follow up and so I eventually ended up dealing with folks at the local store to try to get the company to stand behind the original ad for a new system. After long efforts and a wait for a system that was ordered from another store the replacement unit was obviously used as well! Clearly the original ad was just a bait and switch to sell used units.

Demoliz Zero

Absolutley worst experience ever. I bought a game, went home and turns out they forgot to put CD in the case. Went back to return the game and they kept saying I probably lost it ON MY WAY home. Then one of the employees found an identical case on the counter and lo and behold it was the game THEY forgot to give me. I love Gamestop, but this particular employee was dumb as a walnut and was blaming me for not having the game in the case. Stay away from here. Find another Gamestop.

The store is clean, everything is on a good display. The store clerk is pretty polite. BUT its only one person working here so weve been waiting here for 45 minutes. I was able to eat an apple and orange go by Big 5, Emporium 1 all while my son was waiting in line. If youre in a hurry go to the one in Fairfield it would be quicker.
