We have used Rockstar Computer for years now, for services as large as setting up our entire computer system at our office, to getting our home entertainment system/surround sound/remotes/game systems to all sync, to rebuilding my home computer, down to getting our cracked Ipad and phone screens fixed! Eric @ Rockstar has always been extremely prompt when getting back to me, and when diagnosing my computer issues. Whatever it is I need fixed, its always done in a timely matter. I can compltetly trust him them to tell me whats wrong when dropping off my equipment, and also know that Im getting the best and fairest price, and honest work. I would highly recommend Rockstar Computer, as they are highly knowledgable in a variety of services and repairs! And just as imporant, I am always treated as a valued customer! Broke the LCD screen on my beloved Mac book and was stressed out about where to go with so many computer repair places to choose from. Did some research and got a few quotes from several places before "accidentally" finding this place inside the awesome shopping mall area I visit almost daily since I moved here in November. The guys were very helpful, they offer competitive rates for their services, and after seeing their perfect five star rating on Yelp I felt like this was the right place for me. I think its always good to support our local businesses and Eric (the owner) is a solid guy. Screen was fixed pretty quickly and looks great now! My Mac book is a "Rock Star" once again.

This place has been my #1 to go to when it comes to any of my tech (laptop, phones, consoles, even some domestics mess ups Ive done Lol) repairs. Ramzy and his team go above and beyond to make sure ones needs get taken care of. Theres been emergencies where Ive had to get a quick repair for a phone and hes personally delivered. My wife and I have both had our screens cracked on our iPhones. Eric and the guys @ Rockstar do great work and have the best price around for fixing them. Neither of us had insurance on our phones so this was definitely the best option for us. I also had water damage to my iPhone another time that they were able to fix as well! I definitely recommend Rockstar Computers. My son uses our iPad now and he has dropped it recently and it now has a cracked. Looks like we might be going back soon. Keep up the good work guys!

Rudest experience I have ever had!!!! Rude and condescending to me, I walked out. I cant believe they stay in business. If I could give minus 5, I would. -FYI there is no record of me because I did not stay to give my business when being treated so badly, I left very upset. I was called a liar while in your store and basically by your reply still have that same feeling, by you trying to discredit my review. Youd do lot better to give every customer the benefit of the doubt and a small amount of respect.

First thing i had to do once my screen was fixed was come straight home to write a review. This place has great customer service and is very easy. I had LCD damage to my screen and got it fixed within an hour for $130 bucks which is what i believe the nest price i have gotten from previous locations i ave been too. I highly recommend this place for any repairs. AMAZING job.

If i was able to choose no stars i would. I didnt even go in, just called... and everything was fine till the end of the phone call when he said "ya hope that you dont break it again, and you get a case for it". Kind of rude, I have a case on my phone, clearly not the best one sence its now cracked but really??? Thanks for having great customer service. Ha

I went in for the first time today and was very pleased with the professional and friendly service. He didnt even charge me to fix my frozen-screen ipad. also reassured me that I hadnt destroyed my ipad when I cracked the screen. He quoted me $99 to replace the screen (its a mini-), and I plan to go back. Also very handy for me as I live in the area.

Great experience. Staff is knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Prices are good, service is fast. Highly recommend this business in LaVerne for cell phone repairs. Dont waste time going to Apple store; its a zoo. Wait in line to get an appointment to wait in line again, then wait 5-7 hours for tech to tell you what your problem is.

Yep...I read the reviews, ok might try. Asked friends who theyve use...answer...Rockstar. ok good. Went there today, 3rd person in line (small kiosk in parking lot) still 4th person waiting. Was told $99 to fix my galaxy s5 screen in 3 hours. Works for me, much cheaper than new phone! Done in 2 hours and perfect!!!! Thank you Rockstar

Very courteous & professional. Excellent, fast service. The cracked screen of my iPhone 6+ was replaced within minutes. I love the fact that I was able to save $$$ with Rockstar.
