Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Purchase a laptop and was very happy with the purchase. They didnt have it in stock but said they could order one for me and it for me in a few days. Than said that I could even have a day earlier if sent to my home. Sounded great deliver to my door. Well day came and went and never received so I called the store and found out they sent it to the wrong address. They than said I could come into the store and they would give me what I had ordered to replace the one they sent to the wrong address. No problem. I wasnt upset yet even. So I show up at store later that day and I am told by customer service they dont have a computer for me and that they have no notes I even spoke to anyone. Than they tell me it is my fault. My fault? Wtf. My fault because I should have verified the address they were sending it to. So I ask the store manager what needs to be done to fix the problem. Here is where I start getting angry. I am told well you see it is complicated because they sent it to an old address I used to live at. Ok but that didnt answer my question. So I ask again - what do I need to do to fix the problem. Notice I said I not you. Once again same answer. I tell him you are not answering my question. He proceeds to continue to argue with me. At this point I think to myself - you are a sales manager ? How did you ever make management ? I tell him I cant believe you are making such a big problem out of a $400 purchase. Note here I have spent thousands in this store as he should be able to see by looking at his computer. And I am still being blamed for the problem with no solution being offered. After calling UPS myself on my cell phone because he refused to call UPS himself with the tracking number he gave me. UPS tells me that the seller has to file a claim. Bingo. The final straw is when he tells me that his employee and myself screwed up. Seriously this manager needs some serious sales and customer service training. What should have been done. I enter the store and we determine the problem. He than should tell me I am sorry sir for the inconvenience you have had in having to wait a day and come in here to obtain your purchase. Let me replace what you purchased right now and we will work out the problem with UPS. On be again I am sorry for all the inconvenience. Than once I left talk to his employee and use it as a training exercise. What happens now? I wont buy anything from that store again. I will post my review here in yelp and on his store sight. Results? Loss of future revenue from me and any one else who takes this review to heart. $400 loss which will be compensated for in his claim with UPS and thousands of dollars in future sales which will never be realized. Not a very smart sales manager.

Great experience!! My husband and I were in the market for a new kitchen set. We were not sure if we would be making our purchase from Best Buy but to our surprise we were able to find what we were looking for within our budget. With the assistance of Kevin we knew we made the right decision. Kevin is very professional and knowledgeable. The amount of detail he knows about every appliance product assured me that we were making the right decision. Not once did we ever feel pressured to buy anything. With the additional assistance from Andy who helped us finalize the purchase we felt very appreciative of all the discounts and price match that were applied. If you find yourself reading this post and are looking for new appliances make sure you ask for Kevin and Andy. I guarantee you will not be disappointed. This team will exceed your expectations. Nice store with lousy service. There are 400 people in blue walking the floors but they all seem to enjoy talking amongst each other more than doing their job. I finally get a employee to help and hes rude. I was looking for a specific ipad case but rather than take in what I was searching for he kept trying to sell me a specific case. I told him I was not interested and he kept insisting it what the best. When I told him I heard a few problems with the product he kept defending it and implying I was making things up. I just went with what their website said but even if the reviews were wrong Im sure he could have found a less aggressive way to convince me. I finally got him to go away and I searched for any other employee to help but by then it was as if I was a leper. Very childish but what do you expect right? Just read the other reviews. Higher new people or retrain these employees and maybe Ill consider returning.

***NEVER HAVE PRODUCTS SHIPPED TO YOU!! IF IT GETS LOST IN UPS YOU WILL NEVER GET THE PRODUCT, OR A REFUND!! I ordered an amplifier for my home theater system, they had to order it as it was not a stocking item. They asked if I wanted it shipped to my door or will call it, & with how busy I am I said ship it please. They took my order at the customer service desk, billed my card, and gave me a receipt. It never made it to my house, I ordered it in October of 2012, after many many phone calls to BB, and in store visits I cannot get a refund after trying for well over a year. I have already paid this off many months ago, and even the store manager keeps leading me on with some excuse about how he does not have any authority to make any decisions to solve this problem..WTF... really? I am at the point were forget my $320, its not worth any more of my time... WHAT A JOKE!!!

I usually try to avoid any best buy because 80% of the time their product will be over priced compared to ordering from anywhere else online. However, i seen that there was a game on sale online with this store so I went in to purchase it. Cashier was unpleasant and told me there were no more copies of the game type I wanted. When I told her that her inventory says there are still 3 copies left she left to get the game, but when she returned she said that I got the last one. So my friend wouldnt be able to get the same copy. What she said might have been true but she was just very unfriendly about the whole situation. This has been my experience with this best buy almost every time, staff that just didnt care. Knowledge of their product doesnt go beyond the box and if you ask them how one compares to the other good luck.

I got recommended from a friend about best buys Mobile I was surprise how they had soo many phones to choose from I got help by a gentlemen name Jason/ supervisor he said ? But he was the worst supervisor/ sales person I have deal with he was really rude an too his employes as well. he was no help at all idk where does bestbuy get his managers or supervisors from but I ask him politely if anyone else could help me out with a phone so they did an was much better but he seem he didnt know anything an bestbuy should look forward of hiring someone that knows what they doing an not stand around with a clipboard an start doing something productive not just talk around with employees or been rude to costumers...
