Do not EVER shop at this Bestbuy. The employees are incompetent, and their Manager is dishonest to the core. The employees at this bestbuy loaded a TV into my car and broke the TV while loading it in. The employees lied about breaking the TV and their dishonest Store Manager supported their claim. After breaking my new $1800 TV they refused to fix the TV or return it. They even refused to fix the TV with using the extended warranty they talked me into purchasing. This Bestbuy is by far the worst bestbuy I have ever had the misfortune of visiting.

Wow so sad to hear about these peoples experiences. Ive shopped at best buy for 5 years now. Love their warranty. Just bring in your item and theyll replace it at no cost (except computers). Always have great service and if they dont have the answer, they have their manager research it and call you with an answer. Beats no service at all. Hope BB is around for a long time. Will not shop anywhere else since noone offers the same hassle free warranty. Again, too bad these guys had a bad experience, but I love this place!!

I had a camera that had a defective screen. Instead of helping me get a replacement, their repair guy smacked the camera against his palm, and the picture returned, then went away again. It was clearly defective. However, since the camera was purchased more than 14 days ago, (i received it for a birthday, just a day earlier), they would not help me at all. Forget this best buy, and go to the one in Mira Loma off Limonite. Thise people know what customer service is. Thumbs down to the management at this location!

Best Buy used to be the best place to shop for electronics. But now, they are starting to overprice and give out less of a quality shopping experience. Not only have they reduced their return policy to 14 days, but if you open the box then theyll charge you 15% just for that. Thats ridiculous! I bought a camera and it doesnt hold its charge, now I have to pay 15% just for an exchange becasue the box is open??!! Basically means they are selling items without any warranties at all!!

I made a call to this store because I was wondering if they really had in Stock what I was looking for. I was answered by one of the employees named Hailey. I was very pleased with the customer service i was given during our encounter. I didnt know the name of the product at first and she was so patient and helpful in an outstanding way. Thank you. Best Buy is getting better in competing and with its customer service, but getting worse every day in the selection of products in the store. I love they are price matching places like Amazon, but they never have the product or something close in stock. Cell phone accessories seem to only be their own brand and forget about finding parts for your desktop. Really wish this would close and a Frys or MicroCenter would open.

I went in to purchase a sound bar for a TV in May and just wanted to take the time to thank the store representative. The original sound bar I was going to purchase was an item that was being discontinued. Although the customer Rep didnt have to mention anything, he took the time to tell me about the sound bar and the new sound bar that was just released to the market. The sound bar is great! Thanks!

Asked an employee who offered me a Best Buy credit card to see how much I would qualify for and he ended up signing me up for one without my consent. He just said sign here sign here sign here and like a dummy I did. Now Im stuck at a Best Buy credit card for the next three years. I complain to the manager but she was a total jerk about it and I guess thats just the way they treat their elite members.

Awful extended warranty. Best Buy lied about their iPad replacement warranty. Ive been waiting for my iPad for over one month, they dont tell you the rapid exchange is not rapid but takes more than two weeks, on top of that they give you a refurbished replacement that does not work. Still waiting to get my iPad. Over all a extremely frustrating experience.

I went here last week to buy a printer for my computer and I walked out with a new camera. They had a great deal on a Canon PowerShot SX500 IS 16 MP 30X Zoom Digital Camera. I got to use it this week a little but this weekend I will put it to the test. They have a big variety of products at this location and the price is pretty fair.

Ive never has any serious issues at this best buy store. They get my product fairly quickly when I come to pick up my product that I had purchased. Their workers that walk around know where the item I am looking for is at. The only issue that I have with this store is that they take a bit of time to answer the phone.

Went to buy a computer and printer package. Had some issues with pricing changes but Vince, Eddie, and Anthony were great (seriously, an asset to Best Buy and probably the reason why we will still shop with them) treated us well and jumped through some hoops to get us the best price possible. Very happy!

As soon as I arrived to the car audio department an employee ask if I need assistance,I replied no I found what I am looking for. But he stayed close and just kept looking at me like if I was a thief,it felt very uncomfortable and kept looking at me until I got into the purchasing line.

I dont remember the exact number of associates who asked if I needed assistance. 5 to 8 maybe. I knew what I was looking for already, but I am happy to see help is available if necessary. Keep it up Best Buy. Other places barely acknowledge your presence.

Ive shopped at this store a few times, I think their service is great. Last purchase was a Laptop this past September (2014), the laptop had a mouse pad issue so I took it back a week later and they exchanged it for a new one, no problems, no hassle.

My google tv is in for repairs already because the coaxle slid right out of the back of the tv. Brought it to best buy with my 4 year warranty and was told it would be 3-4weeks. Its been over a month now and they never answer their phones.

This is the friendliest and most helpful Best Buy in the area. However, it is smaller than most other stores as it does not have a Pacific Sales appliance dept. (there is a standalone PS nearby) at this location. They do have MagnoliaAV.

As far as Best Buys go this is one of my favorite locations clean friendly staff easy parking its also near bunch of other shops in the shopping center so you can do more than one thing and not just get your electronics taken care of
