I took my iPhone 5c for them to fix a cracked screen this past Sunday, but they convinced me to also change the battery. It cost me $100 to fix the screen but they ruined the battery so never ever have them change your battery. You might as well just get a new phone from Apple because its going to cost you that much and you wont have a phone to use. I hope they needed my 100 but if they needed it that much they should have just asked I might have given it to them and probably still had a workable phone. I really dont get stores that do this. So for all those Apple users out there, dont make the same mistakes I did. But Apple care and have them fix your phone issues because they know what they are doing.

Staples, in my experience usually has very Good Service! This location specifically was very good. The employees where very nice and they helped me from the point I walked in, until the the point I made my purchase. Store is also one of the cleaner ones. Any complaint I can make, it just normal Aliso Veijo shopping related. When it comes to the parking lots, its a nightmare, but i dont blame Staples for that.

Bad customer services Im not going back to that store , they tell me, "we have the item" they tell me to come back in5 days because is on one box on the back and they dont have time to loo for it , that answer was stupid from supervisor they have gray t-shirt and glasses I don see her name , staples better star changed bad members

The sales clerk Karen was helpful in pointing me to what I needed, unfortunately the company has a new check out system that would NOT allow me to use my card as a credit. Despite several requests and asking for a manager to help me who was clueless. I will NOT be returning, there are enough other office supply store options.

Ignorant workers who cant give useful answers and dont know anything about the products beings sold, bad prices, and mostly out dates products. Staples needs to go the way of cassetts.

Office supplies are shoved into the back ever since the redesign in favor of crappy offbrand Android tablets, which is pretty bad for a place named after an office supply.

Its nice theres a staples everywhere for all your studying, paper, pens, etc needs. The prices are higher than other places. I go here for any emergency paper supplies.

The prices here are unbelievably and shockingly high! But the store is well laid out and the people are nice.
