Generally when you go to a Staples you know what you are going to get. I have always been very happy with their staff, cleanliness of the store etc. I am taking the time to write this review in reaction to an interaction I had with this store in particular today. About a year ago I drove all the way out to this store because they had a particular keyboard on sale, and two in stock. One of them just broke, and I was processing a warranty claim on Logitechs website, when I found out I had lost my receipt. NOW staples will email you your receipts if you so choose, and I will definitely do that from now on. In this particular case though I had to call the store with three kids making noise in the background. I ended up with Chad who using my staples rewards number went back and found the purchase, printed the receipt, and is currently asking his copy center to scan it and email it to me so I dont need to make the trek back out to the store. I get that this request should be reasonable these days, but it was clear that it was a bit of a pain for the store, and they did it for me. Side note: Staples like many others have started to price match some of the major online retailers. Personally I dont mind paying and extra 5% to have a brick and mortar to walk into, so as long as they are within 5% I try to do my business there. Give Staples another look if you havent in a while. This store gets five for going above and beyond.

My wife, child and I went there today to buy some supplies, the cashier was new and didnt know to how to process our shopping, he called the supervisor and she was very angry since we had a rebate and gift card, she refused to accept our rebate card and when I said we wont be shopping here again she started shouting out us "that is no problem, I dont care" I told her she and her company are cheating us and we left. We will never got to Staples again.

Decent selection and helpful staff. It definitely has a no frills feel to it, but thats expected considering they focus on office supplies. I have found some decent deals here. As far as their cracked screen fix program, seems to be limited to Apple products.
