If I could give a zero star I would. This place has screwed me over on multiple occasions. Selling my pre orders, lying about stock, selling limited stock to their emplyoees before their doors open, and just downright poor customer service. I dont even think new staff can save this place as everytime they have a new employee there they seem to recieve the same bad training as the other staff members. Garbage place, garbage customer experience. Never go to this store if you can make the trip to literally any other gamestop.

Dont sell your games to these guys. Keep your games as they are collectible. Example, you can buy a brand new game from them today for 59.99, if you sell it to them the day after you buy it, theyll give you oh 35 bucks for it. Then theyll turn around and sell it for 54.99. Dont do it! For buying new games it can be ok so Ill give it 3 stars.
