7/12/2015 I signed up for sprint phone the other day. The rep name Amie told me that monthly payment was 35 dollars. After I signed my name on the contract, I found out that I end up owed 240 dollar loan and my monthly payment was close to 65 dollars. They told me that in order to cancel my contract, I have to pay 70 dollars. No wonder when they gave me my phone, they didnt even show me how to use my phone or explain anything to me.Because they were lying about everything. they were busy trying get me out of their store. So I decided to swallow my tears and pay 70 dollar and get out of the contract. When I went home, I checked my sprint account, it still show I owed 240 dollar. When I called them , they told me to call sprint. Im writing this review because I dont want another person have to go thru what Im going thru. please dont buy your phone here. Rep and manager here are very deceptive. They will say anything to get just to get you sign up.
