Ok by far the worst place to shop at 1st carts everywhere staff is ok but still need more training especially in the speed there so slow takes forever to find an employee and when u do they dont even seem to know anything about the store or what they have in stock. also like many that have visited the pharmacy 30 mins yeah right same with thm they dont even know wt they had went there made me wait for almost 3 hrs just so thy could tell me they didnt have the prescription my pregnant wife needed lets just say if u plan to go there remember chuecheeses its like that with the staff and chaos in every isle. Jus to add by so far the only employees that I found that were quick to respond to ur existence well everyones favorite guy the greeter that yells lol hes awsome and nathan as a cashier and helper in the electronic section seemed him at different areas but if u need help u can ask him and he will help u out with any questions u may have those 2 employees among other I yet to remember there names r by so far the best trained and what most likely keep that store together and trust me been going to this walmart since I was a kid so Ive seen it for a very long time tnx 4 reading this and hope to read us as well

This place is by far the worst wal mart i have ever been to, i called them before left and explained my situation to them and the guy i talked to said that i would be able to return my babys formula and get the right one. i drive 10 miles to it since its the closest store to me and i get there and now keep in mind this is a 24 hour store and the "manager" said sorry we dont do exchanges after 11 its 11:05. i set there and explain to him what happen and he still says no that i have to wait till 6 am to get this sorted out. and not in a friendly manner either. this place has had horrible reviews and is why me and my wife have never shopped here before but the one time we thought heck well give it a try and it turned around to bite us in the butt. DO NOT SHOP HERE UNLESS IT IS A DIRE EMERGENCY! This wal mart is a horrible example as to which such a great franchise wal mart has become and is a shame to be ran by such idiots.

Clearly states online this location is open 24 hours, verified on the website. When i entered the store at 11:56 I went to the coinstar to get money for cat food. At 12am sharp a lady spoke out that they are now closed and all shoppers must leave immediatly even if they have items in a cart. I asked an employee and he said its no problem just grab your stuff, while doing so, a very rude employee told me to stop walking towards the back (where the was cat food was) bc they have shut all registers down and will not sell to me. I explained that was condtradictory to what a different employee said moments esrlier, the lady said he was wrong and basically to deal with it. As I walked back to the frony the original man said grab your stuff and go to the open line bc its fine. I did and i got what i came for but the fact that website was wrong and the employee being rude and less than helpful was unacceptable. Bad walmart.

If you are a collector you can forget about it. there are two night employes name JOE AND RICK they open the hot wheel cases and take out the good ones before they make it to the pegs.told managers many times but they must Be in on it..the night manager is a D..K. his name is DAN. i tried to ask a question and he kept walking right past me. would not give me the time or day to ask...I asked him whats your problem why you so rude he turned around and just stared at me....another rude night manager is GILL..DONT KNOW HOW THEY MADE MANAGERS OR WHO TRAINED THEM BUT WOW...i spend over 300 bucks a month in there and live a few min from the store.i now take my business to the other walmart clear across town. i told my friends and family to do the same.also just like other post they never have things you need in stock and lines are crazy long..way under staffed.....JUST SAYING

I pulled up to the auto department for an oil change. I was right by the sign where it said to wait for an attendant. Im waiting there and Wal-Mart employees are walking by doing their thing. So, at this point its been 15 min and I probably should have walked inside, but it does say to wait for an attendant so I decide to stick it out. Later on, its been about 45 min now someone does come out to my car finally. Except they tell me that they arent accepting any more oil changes because they have "too many" and then he goes on to the next car behind me who has been waiting as long as me. Not even an apology, or at least not a sincere one. He literally couldnt have cared less that he had wasted almost an hour of my time. No excuse, worst experience Ive ever had here.

They hardly ever restock anything. Clothes, food, housewares, if it gets purchased, it stays out of stock for weeks as long as a similar item is nearby. Whoever does their inventory and consolidation obviously isnt doing their job. For example, if there are any chips or drink of a certain brand but missing a particular flavor/bulk unit, theyll go unstocked until ALL units of that brand are gone, or a few weeks go by. Want a 4pk of monsters? Well better hope someone comes and buys all the 10pks and singles before you come back. Do they have pants or a shirt you like but in the wrong size? Welp, theyre not restocking your size until ALL other sizes are gone, or a few weeks go by. If they werent 5 minutes away, i wouldnt keep going.

The store is okay, like any oter Wal-Mart, but i wouldnt trust them with my car. The first time I tried this place for an oil change, the said they didnt have the filter for my car. Then they said they did. I have a feeling they never changed the filter because it loooked like the same filter that was on there before. It was all dirty. Then I got home and oil dripped in my driveway. I took it back and they claimed there was nothing wrong, but they oil mysteriously stopped dripping, like it was my imagination. And they use this nasty sticker on your window that if you peel off it leaves gunk on the glass. Youd think they could spend an extra penny on better stickers.

Its okay, close, cleaner than the Riverside location. Havent had any problems with customer service... As a young adult I got my stereo and large tv from them, right after they opened. Years later as an adult I shop there for home goods. Ive steered away from buying food from there because Im uncertain about the quality of the food. (theres a reason the food is cheap). ACTUALLY, i just remembered I had to stop buying my dog food from there because my fur babies would get severe allergic reactions. Now they are much better with the dog food from Stater Bros. Otherwise, I like to go and browse of little nick knacks and such.
