As an ex employee I have to say there are good and bad things about this store. Some of the staff care and put effort into what they do, but there are managers there that would rather sit in the back and not do their job then help their team. I worked there for a little while and I saw somethings that I thought were unprofessional. My team lead wouldnt do his job and help the sections that he was supposed to cover. I was never given my breaks on time, and he would let fellow crew slack off and not do their jobs to help the guests that came into the store. There was an incident when a guest slipped and fell, another team member and myself helped her to the best of our ability and when my team lead talked to her he didnt take her seriously and when he got mad he blamed us for not informing him that it really happened. I was replacing her order while the other team member and the team lead talked to her. I worked for the Target Cafe and I have to say I would not recommend ordering much from there. The only things I would eat are the pretzels, popcorn, cookies, and maybe the bread sticks, although you have to be careful eating the popcorn because the team lead doesnt always clean the inside of the machine properly, and ordering the pizza is okay if you like eating grease.

Worst Target I have ever been to. Normally, you can rely on Target stores to be a cut above your Walmarts of the world. This location however is way below par. Ironically, the check out receipt always has a link to a survey. I have filled out several and this store is still awful. The complaints include, there are rarely baskets in the front, rarely sanitary wipes available, the "seasonal" area up front where you may fine Halloween or Easter candies is a mess. Looks worse than a dollar store. The rest of the store is ok. There is some clutter and poor stocking in some locations. By far the biggest problem here is the checkout. Two checkout counters at 5:30 pm, really! The lines are long, time per transaction painfully slow. And all this while there seems to be employees walking around and available for checkout. Unfortunately, it is the only store like this in the area. As much as I dont like Walmart and KMart, I would try one in a second if there was one near here. This store is in big need of management change and corporate oversight.

Just spent time loading up my basket to check out to find out once at the register they wont accept bogo coupons, so if you coupon, dont bother at this store. They really should put a sign up on the doors to save customers time and embarrassment when they get to the register and have to leave everything. When asked why, she said because of theft....theft !?? How is using coupons theft? They get reimbursed by manufacturer. I kind of took it like maybe I was being singled out, i was only using 4 coupons so not like i was going crazy. This store has really gone down in customer service. Edit: I called to speak to a customer service manager, talk about unprofessional, I had to just hang up. I called another local Target to ask about this "new" policy, but they havent heard of such a thing.

I would give this store a 0 if I could! just found out from Mellissa the manager on duty .... While making a exchange at your Orange Show location that this store has a 24 hour return policy or customer needs to return to the original purchase store? Of course I called customer service and they instructed her to process the return. Mellissa informed me that they have a lot of fraud. I asked her if this policy was because Im in San Bernardino? She said "not necessarily" Wow! That just answered my question! It gets worse! I called customer service to complain and requested follow up. The representative informed me that there is no guarantee anyone will call me back!!! This is target people! They simply dont care!

Same good selection and cleanliness of other Targets in other cities. Staffing though, is a nightmare. To me, if it’s noon and you know people are coming in on their lunch, that’s the time to increase, not *decrease* cashiers. Today there were only two registers with live bodies, and a line for the self-check-out stations that snaked down into the purses and children’s clothing sections. Guess what? Self-check should not be your primary means of “serving” customers. I don’t work at Target, so I shouldn’t come in and have to work at freaking Target, scanning and bagging my items. Managers walking around observing like everything is okay; newsflash – it’s not.

The customer service at this store is so horrible. The lines are always long sometimes only one cash register open at the busiest time of the day I was excited when they got self checkout. But then today when I went in only one self checkout was open and two cashiers were open lines were all long. I wish I can just go to Redlands store but sometimes its not on my way I live in Colton this target is the one closest to me.

They carry some really neat toys, books and stuff last time we were in the store, we purchased an old fashioned paper doll set of a bunny family for our daughter. She loves it~I also noticed a newer model of a Fisher Price toy phone that Ive played with as a child! Ah good ol fashioned toys are the best.I love that they use that small entrance space to display artwork. The work that was on display was really lovely.

I love Target, I understand that the cashiers are trying to be social and nice talking to the customers sometime is ok but not on somebody elses time I think they should be quicker about it after the conversation with the last Lady before me and I went home I had to go back three times because the three items that I purchased were not in my bag figured that. Great store slow help

This is your pretty standard Target, but theres a lot less foot traffic here. The shelves are pretty well stocked, but just given the area I probably wouldnt just come here to browse. Typically, Id know exactly what it was that I needed and would come in quickly to get out quickly. A big issue of this location is that there are always too few cashiers and the lines are long.

I love target in general I know and have been to all the targets in 25 mile radius of my home But this particular target ALWAYS has a bad attitude, long wait times, and for some reason always gives me trouble when I have a return or want to use my cartwheel app. So disappointed in this store

I love Target, but this particular location is a step below the rest. It has a lingering odor that has lessened over the years, but this store tends to be more disorganized and cluttered than other locations. I would rather drive out to Redlands to go to that location than this one.

Great store. Organized and clean, my experience today left me unwilling to purchase anything as the dressing room attendant seemed bothered and irritated by my need for assistance. However people have bad days and overall its my favorite location within wp miles of my home.
