Doy una estrella solo porque lo tenia que hacer para poder hablar de mi experiencia en el taller tienen un pesimo servicio aparte.de que la persona que estaba en el mostrador es rudo y prepotente pedi alguien que hablara español y me dijo muy groseramente.Ella habla español! espere por la.muchacha la cual fue muy amable y le explique el problema una hora despues me llamo el tipo este y me dijo que fuera por mi carro porque ya hiban a cerrar que fuera por el que no le podia hacer cambio de aceite porque el carro no tenia aceite lo cual es falso estubiera desbielado nisiquiera se tomaron el tiempo de revisarlo busque si tenia su nombre en el uniforme pero no es un hombre delgado con pelo blanco acabo de revisar los reviews en Yelp y me sorprendi que no tienen ni dos estrellas y las opiniones son similares a la mia por favor no lleben su carro a Sears

Official Farmers Market @ Sears parking lot is what Im giving 5 stars for. I dont know anything about the actual Sears store, except all the negative reviews Ive just read - like holy whoa! Seriously Sears, you must not be reading any of these reviews because Id think youd be changing your game a bit to keep ahead of some serious competition. On a different note, the Official Riverside Farmers Market is FANTASTIC! Very well organized, they even offer their sellers the ability to accept credit & debit cards if they dont have their own system, very clean, everyone behaves themselves and a whole lot of fun! Beautiful things made by some very crafty & talented people! And, in a great locale! Couldnt be better, except to have a booth selling Parrot Ice or something like that (especially in summer). The Popcorn booth sells cans of soda, I "think" I overheard her saying $2 per can (outrageous)! So, visit this Farmers Market - its great!

POOR, NO VALUE, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, JACK HOLES. Look I bought a battery in 2009 and a year later it failed the battery was over a $120.00. They gave me a prorated credit and I had to pay $75.00 for the replacement battery. A year and a half later the battery failed again. I waited in line for half an hour and they said there was a 30 person wait and had no idea how long it would take to check out my battery. I WENT TO PEP BOYS YOU SHOULD ALSO. In less then 10 minutes they had checked my battery and the 540 cold cranking amps showed 130 on the first test on the second ZERO. Im like done with SEARS I cant understand why they are still in business. Buy your battery at COSTCO or SAMS. They offered me a 10 % discount on another battery but if you buy your battery at COSTCO they will just replace it with in 3 years with a new one. Bite me SEARS. . .

I try calling this store and all I get is a message. how can the store not have someone answering the phone? Every time I go there the store is empty. I dont even know how these people break even. the people that have left other comments are also correct. The staff knows nothing about what they sell. They try to act as if they do but its very obvious that they dont have any idea of what youre talking about. and be careful about your discounts they always try to short change you. the other day I was supposed to receive a 5 percent discount for using my sears credit card, the incompetent salesman kept arguing that he had given me the discount until I ask him to break down the receipt and then he admitted he had not given me the discount.

NOPE.!! No stars for this place.I had to go to 3 separate registers before I finally got rung up.. Betty simply looked confused when she was trying to use the register and Mario was a moron and had to actually call to find out about a clearly marked sale item that was right in the center of the walkway clearly visible to all and some girl at the register behind him actually asked me to wait a few minutes while she was trying call someone after an obvious attempt to scam her out of a store credit card but that didnt stop his wife from walking straight out with a pair of pants draped over her shoulder without the Sears employee ever noticing.."IDIOTS"

This store needs to be closed immediately. Items are constantly out of stock. The staff is totally worthless about product knowledge when one can find them and finally get their attention. They then attempt to switch you to purchase a more costly product which is not even directly applicable to your use. The managers dont care and simply blow off complaints. As the store is convenient I keep hoping it will improve but it doesnt - this has bee the situation for at least the last 3 years. If I could give them a negative rating I would. There is a reason David said it was not busy.

I called 3 times to speak with someone in mattress and after being on hold for 5 minutes it rings then hangs up. I then tried to speak to an associate, they tried to transfer and page associates in mattress and nothing. I was then transferred to Maria who answers phones and I let her know the situation she tried paging the Manager Silvia and I was I hold again. At that point I told Maria she needed to let Silvia know management is horrible and they lost a sale! I was hoping to get a brand new Cal King mattress but their lack of good customer service and support was horrible!

i was told that i needed a recipt to return craftsman and gearwrench tools, which is false, i called corporate headquarters and complained, i went there on my lunch break, and wasted the whole hour fighting with this new girl about how you dont need a recipt, and of course all managers were on vacation.. so three days later i still dont have it resolved.. trying to get ahold of manger as we speak, seriously dont waste your time, im never buying anything from this sears.. possibly any sears ever again..

Have good discounts what i dislike is having to hold everything since they dont have any shopping carts or any sort of baskets its irritating but i do like the markdowns and if your a rewards member you get even more discounts. I mostly buy for my kids and always come home with good buys for example got three shirts and a toddler dress all for $5.70 with markdowns and rewards i say its a good buy.

I was impressed with the sales and added discount prices. I havent been to a sears store in many years, I had forgotten how good the quality of the clothes and great styles. Also, how no questions asked when I took back my broken 10 year old Craftsman yard rack in exchange for a new one. Sears stands by their word when it comes to Craftsman products.

Love Love Sear Auto center, they change my oil and filter for less than 22.00 dollars and they check my fluid levels, breaks, Tires. I ask them to check my battery and no problem and no extra charge. Then they give me coupons to save in the store. I go to the Arlington Sore.

Was in line for twenty minutes and only on customer in front of me.Customer service is terrible. The only thing I heard was brown nosing on walking talkies about how good there doing instead of jumping behind register and helping out.Sears will dig there own grave.
