Tabitha does an awesome job on my hair, Ive been going to her for about a year now and I get a color and highlights. Im always happy with the outcome. She really impressed me with my son though, he is 7 and his dad had taken him to fantastic sams for a hair cut, they really did a horrible job. So I took him with me to my appointment a few days later and asked Tabitha if she could fix it. She looked at him and asked him a few questions then went to work. His hair looks so good!! Better than any hair cut hes ever received (and hes been to real salons, not just fantastic sams) and dont forget she had to fix the hack job the other person did. She is awesome, took me a long time to find a good stylist in Mo Val. Thank you Tabitha!!

I go to Sephora probably about 3-4 a week just to see if theres anything new im a Rouge status member meaning i spend money there i dont have a shoulder purse but i have my backpack lounge bag. I HATE how the black spiky hair want to be cop security guard was looking in my bag like if youre so curious to see whats in my bag im more than welcome to show it to you just dont walk around acting like a badass with your walkie-talkie. Also the girls are really kool im starting to know a few. But the one who has a bitter face doesnt smile or ask if you need any help has to go wish i knew the name to post. But Most girl there are kool

I didnt get her name but one of the girls working there in the salon hacked up my hair shes 20 years old I believe she said I think probably fresh out of school and does NOT know how to cut layers or do a straight trim I had to get my hair fixed else where because I dont trust going back this girl needs more lessons before she jacks up anyone elses hair to bad I didnt get her name or else I would state it but I aint ever going back.

They do not have enough associates manning check out stations, the lines were long and slow. The jewelry counter refused to check me out because I had a pair of shoes. I have never been to a JCP that was this poorly run and with rude associates. I will never shop at this location again.
