Nordstrom has been holding down UTC while it goes through it’s own remodel process and is an anchor company. As a North County resident I rarely come here except to return things for family members. I have a great appreciation for Nordstrom and the brands they put on. Quality. They do not sell cheaply made items and probably have a solid vetting process because lets face it they have a legit return policy, on par with Costco. Service. Though I may not be wearing the brands they carry when I’m in the store I’ve never been treated anything less than well by any/all associates. Once you know their pay style and commission structure they have no reason to not treat you well. Regardless of department, mens, womens, kids, you can do any transaction in any department, nice consistency. Price I have some issues with, though for general shopping it’s not what I would say is “affordable” to dress from here, there are key items you can find and should get here. Parking is pretty bad, but that’s a UTC thing. The décor is pretty standard for a department store of finer things. The central excalator and multi level set up has been around for decades. It feels very Nordstrom’s. I would highly recommend Nordstroms and slightly less so this location to others.

Place is the best. Sure, its not an everyday shopping experience with unlimited selection with always affordable apparel, but when you need something, they pull out all the stops to make sure you get it. Have bought everything from infant gifts, to communion dresses, to graduation dresses, and daily wear. Quality is always superb and the customer service is unmatched anywhere in the county. And, then theres the shoes. Basically anything you need in any style and color. Only wish they had a full-service Nordstrom cafe instead of the coffee shop.

I dont know if I received horrible service because Im nineteen or ethnic but the last time I went in trying to find something that was clearly stated as being available in store I was quickly told that the website was wrong and was refused any further help, but the employee helping me gladly went on to help other customers. Not one employee greeted me and no one else offered to help me. Is my dollar worth less than somebody elses?

Nordstrom is one of my favorite department stores. I live the clothing they carry, as it comes in a lot of different sizes and price ranges. Its got upper-end stuff thats worth a fortune, but its also got in between stuff for the girls who like simpler, cheaper, yet still fun looks. I always found the staff to be really helpful and nice.

Not a bad store, its got all the merchandise youd expect from a Nordstroms. Some of the staff seemed a bit aloof though, in my opinion. Others were more helpful. But if you like to shop for nice merchandise and arent price conscious, you can come and pay them a visit.

This location doesnt have a lot of product. This would honestly be a 2 star review if it wasnt for the great service I receive from Ryan in Accessories. He always goes above and beyond to order what I am looking for! Definitely my reason for choosing this location

While small and older compared to other Nordstroms in the city, this anchor store in UTC is what you would expect from a department store. The parking garage next to it can turn into Mad Max, even on what you would expect to be a quiet Tuesday afternoon.

We popped in here while my wifes car was getting serviced nearby.Warm and personal service from Chelsea and my wife left very happy with her beautiful Barefoot Dreams bath robe.Its a pricey store but gee have they got some stuff.

Oh my god I love this store. They have a great selection and the staff is incredibly helpful. The guy who usually helps me, Jeff, is absolutely phenomenal. I would highly recommend this store.
