So last night i went to this walmart with my baby and sister and after spending 180.00 plus my sister spent almost 40.00, we were walking out of the store and the guy stops up to check off our receipt, normally they just scan and say okay thank youhave a good night well the employee was going through the receipt naming every item i got and that threw me off, so he pulls me and my sister to the middle of the exit and some other guy walks over im assuming lost pervention cause he wasnt in uniform he grabsthe receipt and says with an attitude you guys didnt steal anything are you sure cause on your receipt it says 20 items and this looks way more then 20 items i got the set of 3 bras for 10.00 and set of 6 underwear for 10.00 and he was literally counting those as singles instead of sets i was getting ao irriated at this point cause now all of my stuff is on the counters and i went and got the sweet lady who.rung us up and she verified that all of the stuff was EVERYTHING we paid for. Then they started apologizing saying im.sorry its just that time of night and blah blah blah it was 30 mins before they closed and there were other people walking out of.the damn store with carts filled but didnt harass them, i.guarntee that while they were wasting there time with us they had qthe real shop lifters walking out scot free. The guy was saying he could call the.cops and do this the hard way blah blah blah told him to go.ahead wish he did cause they wouldve looked like cmplete idiots when they showed up. Anyways wont go to this store again this man was so.rude it was ridicoulous. I surger coated the way he was talking to us lets just say ive never been spoken to like that by a employee from any store

Here another review how this walmart fails yet again my mattress was supposed to be delivered on 1st to this location called since i received no notification they said allow up to 24 to receieve here it is the 5th and still nothing i call and they tell me it might be there but they havent been sorted yet so i can call later or i can cancel the order...really screwed up system where you dont even have a reader that you can scan the online shimpments when they are recieved and than take it to customer service so they can notify the customer but i guess low prices slow service if any at all. **** update so i wait a few more days longer and i look online and than it says my order is recieved but not preccessed wait another day still same thing i call they tell me to call back after 5. I call at 6 and they tell me my order isnt there or isnt unloadef from the truck yet so i ask is there someone i can be trasferred to that will know when it will be unloaded they say yes and for 30 min i get contiously trasferred screw walmart i will make sure i dont come back i dont care how much lower the prices are or how much farther target is

Staff and crew are unprofessional. I dont believe in stereotyping a job just bcus where it is located. Me personally, if the staff act the way they are out m side of work during work, that shows no redirect towards the establishment and for the consumers. That also shows that there is no leadership involve or the leadership itself needs to be involve as a leader. Here is one example that was uncalled for our unnecessary... there was a group of female employees gathered 10 to 15 feet from the cash register. They were making negative comments about their job and other employees. Then all of a sudden, the group of 3 became a group of 5-6. All of them started singing aloud and stomping to make the beat for their random outburst. For a good minute or 2, no one in the management field stop them from making this stupid scene. Seriously, who is operating this store? I know for sure is not supervisors or managers...if it is by any of those 2, shame on them for not intervening. A job is not just a job, its a profession if you like it or not. I rarely go to this Walmart or any other ones.

A while back I was at this Walmart with a couple of friends. I am NOT a thief and I didnt know that my friends were stealing merchandise. One friend went off by himself, while I was with the other one. As we headed out the Garden Center after paying, plain clothes security stops us and has us go with them. We reach the office and they already have the friend who went alone. They search us all. I had nothing that belonged to them but my friends did, so they take my picture and my information. Ever since then they have been following me around the store. I have been watching them as much as they watch me. You hear me security??? I see you following me. I STOLE NOTHING FROM YOU JERKS!!!! You are never gonna catch me stealing... BECAUSE I DONT STEAL!!!! Just to mess with you Im gonna put one thing in my pocket every time I go in there. And Ill be sure to pull it out right there at the register so the cashier can see me.

Good, this Walmart has some very friendly folks but each section needs to be train for instance on my last visit I went to the photo area with some old home movies we now wanted to convert to DVD and some movies we wanted to upload to our VuDu account, now the ladies working there were very sweet but they did not have a clue on how that worked. I ended up having to drive out to the Colton Walmart to get this done and this always seems the case when I go into this Walmart with one of the things it advertise that they do but no one in stores seems to know how so for shopping and customer service they are great but when it comes done to something a little more technical you may want to find another Walmart I suggest Colton because they seem to know everything there and it looks like they are always training their people

I called this Wal-Mart to check the availability for an Ever Start car battery that is advertised on their website for $69. I was told by the representative in the automotive department that it was in stock but their price was $95, that each store reserved the right to change prices, and she was quite short with me. Upon hearing such wonderful news I proceeded to thank her and let her know I would be calling other Wal-Mart stores. I found the battery at the Wal-Mart in Highland ... for the advertised price and the very helpful sales person, Rick, also let me know that for $10 more I could get a much better battery with a 5 year free replacement warranty instead of the 2 year one. Too bad I had to leave our city to shop but the extra drive was worth it for honoring prices and wonderful customer service.
