(Lesson learned. . Never be cheap again. DISCOUNTED PRICE SHOULD NEVER BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE & OPEN BOX BROKEN PRODUCTS USUALLY MISSING PARTS) I purchased a portable Bluetooth speaker for my wife as a Christmas present. It did not work and today when i wanted to return it they(Ross) would not except my exchange for a working one. I even offered to buy a more expensive speaker and give them more of my money. The manager (Alma) refused. They told me i needed the receipt or price tag. I lost my receipt and of course i removed the price tag because i didnt want my wife to know how cheap i am buying her present from Ross. I know in the past Ross was able to look up my purchase via my credit card used to purchase and process exchange and or refund. Manager on duty did not want to take her time to verify my purchase via my credit card and told me to leave if i cant provide receipt or tag. I told her this piece of junk speaker doesnt work and does me no good. I explained how she aided Ross in stealing my 39.99 and left the DOA speaker on the counter and walked out leaving it there. (Lesson learned. . Never be cheap again. DISCOUNTED PRICE SHOULD NEVER BE A SUBSTITUTE FOR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Found a couple of things but very poor sales skills at checkout. It is one of the main reasons I dont go into Ros stores very often anymore. Marshalls has much better quality and sales clerks are nice and friendly. Ross need to take a better look at their clerks. More training on customer care.

Always great bargains and friendly staff. I shop at least once a week, and cant leave for under $100.00. I drive from an hr away to this location because it is sooooo much neater and clean than the Ross in the Town which I live.

The place is usually very clean and everyone seems friendly. You can find many toys (usually thats where I purchase them, due to price) and good quality clothes. So far I have been impressed with the service and products.

This place has been a nightmare. Been here twice in two weeks. Restrooms out of over????? Now they are out of toilet paper. Can you believe!!! Cashier was not friendly had to go to a different line to write a check.

Everyone is friendly and helpful here. But it doesnt help when you cant find what you like in your size. It seems like only the unpopular sizes are available Everytime I come.

I like this Ross. Usually they have multiple cashiers. Next to a Marshalls too, in case they dont have what you are looking for.
