I do not go into the mall that relates to this Inland Center Drive due to the Slick floors and my handicapped condition. The only reason I visit this mall is to go to the Verizon store , which is the closest Verizon Company Store to my living quarters. This is not only a 70 mile round trip for me to drive, the large parking section by the store only has about 4 handicapped marked spaces and they are not in the first row closest to the mall doors or the store doors. They are in the second row. They need to have the whole first row marked for handicapped with the exception of the two spaces that are for the police specifically. It used to be that there were only a few handicapped people Kama especially those of which could help themselves with their equipment and their bodies. However, there are now many people that have handicap plates or cards that can walk all over the place, go shopping in major malls and so forth without any help whatsoever. Also, I like many others, whats up in those malls with the slick floors if the handicapped mobility carts that they have in some malls but not all of them , were more accessible. Those persons who plan these malls put the handicapped mobility carts in the center of the ends of the mall instead of at the doors. Special areas should be made for these carts near the doors , just like most of the grocery stores do Kama so that Danny can people can access them readily and without as much chance of them falling. At first look when Im standing I probably dont appear to be handicapped, but as soon as you see me walking with my feet apart like a gorilla and my hands out in the air to balance me you can realize I do not have any balance and a slip and fall is very prominent. People with Wheelchairs and mobility carts of their own do not use them because they need the mobility carts the stores have for the big baskets which the personal ones do not have. If the persons who plan the layout of stores and parking lots have never been handicapped, then they need to be specially trained in thinking like a handicapped person so that they can achieve a proper layout for these persons. Handicapped does not mean that we are not human, that we should not be out in public, nor that we are not viable citizens. It just means we have been diagnosed with illnesses that cannot cope with the normal walking or standing. Most of us still have our brains to rely on, and a lot of us have more experience and/or education than the idiots that consider us as detriments to Society. And those handicapped persons who do not fit these situations are the unfortunate ones who must have someone with them to care for them. That, however, does not negate them from having the right to get out of their homes or care places on occasion so that they can get some fresh air and even enjoy worldly things such as animals, birds, fish, flowers, snow, rain, sunshine, bodies of water, and even occasionally grocery stores or clothing stores. The wonder in their eyes and smiles on their faces, are worth all the gold on this Earth. They may not be able to help what they are, but surely those of you who are to quick to judge when you know have not been in their place and you know nothing about their conditions, can certainly help your attitudes towards the less fortunate.

Worst experience I had this last weekend we went to panda to get something to eat before a festival that was literally across the street it was about 530 pm it my idea to go to panda because I knew my friends liked it now my friends where dressed for the rave festival and I understand where not appropriately dressed so they put sweaters on and closed them so it wouldnt show to cut things shorts we where there for literally 10 minutes we went straight to eat and the security told us we had to leave because they where not following dress code guidlines they needed 2 securities to tell them us that while we where eating my friends where covered all it looked like was as if they where wearing shorts to make things worst people where mad dogging them like if they where animals this places is full of stuck up people would never go back to this mall.

I am very unsatisfied with the security operations. Their job is to capture thiefs, and the satisfaction of consumers, not standing around doing nothing. I recently had my purchases stolen at this mall and when they checked the cameras, they did not see a thing. So really, what is the point of all the surveillance, if they cant even do their job right? I do not recommend others to shop here, their items or themselves will remain unsafe. I would recommend investing time and driving to Victoria Gardens or Ontario Mills instead of this mall consisted of "ghetto" people and workers that lack skill. Forever 21 has the worst staff and thiefs. They only care if they lose money, not the loss of their customers shopping in their store.

Went back to this Mall because the ugly Christmas sweater my boyfriend wanted was being sold there at JCP (which recently opened) I was unable to locate the sweater however when I walked in I received a coupon and when I opened it surprise surprise 100 dollars off of $100 I guess it was a promotion JCPenney was having but all coupons varied. Anyways, since I have more money now I decided to take a stroll down the mall and what a pleasant surprise was there to see that many more shops had opened. Now the entire Mall seems quite filled with shops. Definitely coming back there was plenty of parking, couple of great stores, and fun decent places to grab a bite or something to munch on.

Theres this one store called fusion and I like it alot because they have these amazing pictures hung on the wall with icons such as Marilyn Monroe, audrey hepburn, bettie page etc. They also have really cool chicano art t shirts . Although the costumer service in there sucks. I had recently bought a really cool backpack and the guy there was very stuck up. If there was anywhere else I was able to get that backpack I wouldve. Although that was the only place where it was available. Dont think Ill be going there anymore. Really sucks because it is such a cool store but the employees there need to be replaced or learn good costumer service.

Inland Center mall is the Ultimate Mall that everybody goes to hear in San Bernardino California since the Carousel Mall no longer is in business this is the mall to go to I only wish they made a larger mall with more stores to go to it would bring more business to the stores and also to people all around somewhere to go to to go shopping all at once but it doesnt have very many stores it would need something similar to Ontario Mills mall that is very large and has many different things places to go to have fun for people to come visit from other states thats where people go to but the Inland Center mall is just plain boring

Ehh..... its not an experience. The stores are ok. The mall is in the ghetto (so many homeless people and so many robbers). Ive only been here a couple of times to shop at Macys and every time I would see someone running away from mall security. Yeah, Im glad I never have to come back to this city or its mall EVER again. If you want a "higher" quality shopping center, go to Citrus plaza in Redlands. It doesnt have much but at least you dont have to deal with the ghetto.
