I dont complain much, but feel that its my social duty to do so in this case. The cashiers dont place a high regard on customers. As I waited in line for 15 minutes to move from 2nd in line to the cashier as the cashier was dealing with a customer who had returns on top of her purchases. Not a big deal as any trained cashier would notice the line building up and would call to help expedite, but instead the cashier (named Martha) did not even bother to take notice of the frustrated customer waiting in line and instead chatted and laughed with the customer at hand. This is not the first time, and I dont know how the training process is for these Ross employees, but to any fair person, their service, attitude, professionalism, is questionable and unsatisfactory. I doubt I will ever go back to any Ross stores.

La tienda está bien tiene bajos precios a comparacion de otras cadenas comerciales, el problema es que siempre los clientes la mantienen super desorganizada, y por el alto nivel de clientela de Tijuana México casi siempre hay largas líneas para hacer las compras.

excelente tienda en chula vista y la Joya la tienda ROSS DRES encuentra toda la linea de ropa a precios muy bajos los zapatos y tenis ultimo modelo a precios modicos se la recomiendo la tienda

Prices are good but only go if you have time to search for what you want (store is always in disarray) and to wait in line to leave.The quickest time I have even been though the line was 15 minutes. Longest was 35 and I had an ipod with games on it or I would have walked out.

Customer service is slow and it doesnt seem to look like they care and Francisco is the slowest cashier there all he has does is talk to his customers which is good but when you have line of 20 people its not Want be going back

Great! Went in at midnight, when theres not as many customers. I needed to look at some jewelry, and the girl that waited on me, was so helpful, she gave me lots of suggestions, and was so friendly and courteous!!

Dress for less ranks best than other retail stores. And of course every Ross is going to be different everywhere you go. This location definitely attracts the crowd but you cant complain about the prices

Dressing room situation a bit odd, no privacy because dressing room is right across from restrooms in full view of anyone exiting the restrooms but other than that its a standard chaotic Ross store.

This Ross is always packed and the lines to pay are extremely long. It is always unorganized and people run you over with the shopping cart. The good thing is that its now opened from 8am-12am.
