I usually love target, but when I went there to buy my husband and I each a Fitbit, I was extremely dissatisfied. We had previously gone to Walmart and found that the same Fitbit was $30 cheaper, so when we asked about price matching, the woman directed us to customer service. There, we explained what we would like to do and showed her the pictures of the price and codes at Walmart. She was dismissive and went to scan them into her iPad to look it up. Apparently, target will only price match from online ads, which I personally think is ridiculous, but instead of being nice and explaining that she was rude. When I told her how I didnt think the policy was very fair, she told me "well its the policy and thats not my problem." She then walked away with the fitbits without even asking if I still wanted them, which I did. She never once was nice and apologized for the inconvenience or anything. Will not be going to this target again

Terrible.. bought a pair of headphones and took me 20 minutes to get someone to help me get the pair and 15 more to have someone ring them up and when I finally got someone I asked to buy a warranty for the headphones and they didnt even have the pamphlet thats supposed to explain to warranty! Then the cashier went off for another 10 minutes looking for one ,turns out they were all out of them for some reason, and finally after all that she decided to ring them up for me after standing there at the register for almost 30 minutes.. worst part was two other employees passed by and saw me there, asked if I needed help and when I said yes they said they would be right back and never came back. Never going there again

I usually dont I have any issues with this store, however, in the mornings customers are encouraged to use self check out. Sometimes but not often one register might be open. However, when I have a lot of items I prefer checking out at a register with a cashier. At the one register that was opened the cashier was spending a tremendous amount of time with a customer about the cost for a box of diapers, even searching thru the sales ad. Having had children of my own, I understand. How about just opening up another register. Sad to say I had to leave the cart, because I wasnt feeling well. Hopefully this particular store can fix this recurring problem.

I love Target, and youll expect the same items at this Target as youll find at other locations. This one has a Starbucks inside, and also a Cafe. The Health & Beauty section is nice, but the makeup aisles are usually out of stock. This is probably because of its location and the demographics. We wear a lot of makeup in this neighborhood, especially mascara. The Cards & Gifts have some great finds. But what is that smell outside of the store? If you can get past the stink outside and basically run through the doors to get in, youll be good. Parking may take a while. This Target is always busy.

Perfect Location, but a bad customer service! Manager are so annoyed with couponers, even tho their system is at fault why im holding the line and the lady couponer before me, tho the cashier doesnt know what to do. Im not an extreme couponer, I just coupon a few laundry soap and pantene and yet they still having a problem and this manager gives me an attitude and a frown face. And by the way I just noticed that they are not allowing any couponers in the selfcheckout now, plus they are not allowing cartwheels and coupon combined anymore. I dont know if its just in that area or all target.

This place is a mess. The shelves are trashed (if theres anything on them), peoples children are running amok, destroying products with plastic weapons, the staff could not care less, and good luck finding any of them if you need something. I saw a group of four guys in the mens dept. stuffing their pockets with sunglasses and whatever else would fit, and when I went looking for an employee or security, none could be found. This is beyond the point, but that trademark popcorn smell you know from every other Target? Yeah, no, this one smells like microwaved foods and humid farts.

I was there recently shopping for Christmas wrapping paper, boxes, bows and ornaments. I was very disappointed with the Christmas area, it smelled like something died there. The smell was so strong I just couldnt stayed. I feel bad for the store but I guess everybody is busy and dont have the time to really clean all around. VERY SAD EXPERIENCE!!

New location in the mall keeps me from wanting to go there there by saving me money. Old north Chula Vista location I visited several times a week, this one I only go to if I was already in the mall. Why would I want to fight mall traffic if I dont have to. Store is nice once you get there. Bad cell reception as it is under a movie theater.

So dirty, no staff. There was a million people and only like three registers opened. The food area was discusting with dirty and trash thrown all over. We bought things to eat and had to leave because the tables area was all messy and with no space. Hated this store. You need to change the manager or do something about it!!!!

A nice and clean Target. The Starbucks is the worst. The coffee is always burnt and the tea isnt made right. There is another Starbucks literally just feet from the entrance if Target. If you go up the escalator in front of Target right Infront of the escalator at the top is a real good Starbucks.

Probably the worst target ever. Came in for sunglasses and a wallet and walked out with nothing after looking at these sections. Luckily for me I was at the mall and was able to purchase them somewhere else. Plenty of employees hanging around that could of "probably" cleaned up the mess.

Probably one of the worst targets I have ever shopped at. Its never staffed accordingly to how much foot traffic it gets every weekend. Expect to have only 4 cashiers open with people lined up into the main walkway. Steer clear unless you want to wait 30 plus minutes in line.

dirtiest target around. no tables were clean, bathroom toilets overflowing. asked for manager and was told he wasnt here but a guy named Ace who claimed to be in charge took 10 minutes to come to the front to tslk to me. unacceptable! took pics of dirt to send to gm

I like this Target, everything seems well organized inside, also like the popcorn they sell by the register, the Starbucks is not that good, had it twice and it tasted burnt and parking can be hard to find I rather park far away and walk.

Its Target.. its not Wal Mart.. nothing else really needs to be said. Just moved to the neighborhood and this is our closest Target. Always clean and well stocked. Open late even though its at a mall.

When you use coupons the cashiers act as if you are stealing from them personally. Even if you use them as they say on the fine print. F word to you target employees. Negative stars to you.
