I was absolutely disgusted coming to this location! I had to urgently use the restroom so I go to the stall, it was horrible trash overflowing out of the trash can & on the floor.. I go to the next one & there was a HUGE dead bug on the floor!! I didnt even know what type of bug it was but there was absolutely no way Id use the restroom accompanying a cockroach looking bug. Disgusting. I had to come out & hold my bladder until my company was done shopping. Do the employees not clean the restrooms? Come on, thats basic. That restroom was dirty it wasnt checked ALL DAY, staples please do something about this.

In the fall of 2013, I paid $300 for an assemble-it-yourself desk at Staples and it was a complete nightmare. No two pieces of the thing were together. You really had to build it from scratch. Took me four weekends. Now, even though I followed all the building instructions exactly, the desk is falling apart. When I eventually move to a new place, I will have to leave this desk behind because it would undoubtedly fall to pieces. (Made in China, too.)

This Staples is great, I send all my business Print needs here. They make Flyers and other promotional items for me. My company is in Laverne and we go out of our way to use this location. Their customer service in the print area is outstanding. Friendly and quick on getting quotes. As well as following through with my products. Their manager has always taken time to make sure service was handled with care. I am sending this store more work as I type!!!!

I had the pleasure of interacting with Eric in the service department today (11/22/2013) I had a paper jam problem with my printer. Eric went out of his way to solve the problem. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. His attitude and customer service skills were exemplary. I will give him a 10 out of 10 for everything

I gave them my laptop to send in for a warranty and they said it should be 7-10 days for me to get it back. It has been 64 days and they still have not sent in my laptop. I called them several times and they are unresponsive. Horrible people, horrible service, horrible store.
